Ray J says he’s boned up on RICO and even chatted with an A.I. bot … and that’s what led him to the conclusion Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner are a couple of racketeers.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Ray J doubles down on his racketeering claims against Kim and Kris … laying out why he believes the racketeer label fits.

For starters, Ray J says Kim and Kris conspired with Vivid to “defraud the public with their fake lawsuit” ahead of the infamous sex tape release.

In the docs, filed by attorney Howard King, Ray J claims the Kardashians committed credit card fraud against his family by racking up a $850,000 bill.

He also claims Kim and Kris “defrauded” him into signing an agreement that featured a requirement barring further mention or public reference to the sex tape … and he says they sent their lawyers to “extort” him after he answered questions about the sex tape in a June 2024 podcast.

Ray J says … “To me, Kim and Kris have repeatedly engaged in a criminal enterprise and racketeering activity, violating RICO over and over again. I have no doubt about that.”

He then compares them to Diddy, who was prosecuted for RICO and was acquitted on those charges. Ray J says, “Kim’s and Kris’ RICO violations are worse than any RICO violations that Diddy is accused of. Kim and Kris have repeatedly and obviously conducted racketeering activity for years, and no one has stopped them.”

Ray even says he went to ChatGPT for help and claims the chatbot “entrenched” his beliefs that Kim and Kris were racketeers.

TMZ broke the news … Kim and Kris were fed up with Ray J claiming they’re the subject of a federal criminal racketeering investigation … and slapped him with a suit for defamation.

Ray J’s fighting back … doubling down on his RICO claims here and asking the judge to throw out their lawsuit against him.

Child content creator Brielle “Brie” Bird has died following a 5-year bout with stage-4 cancer.

Her family announced the heartbreaking news on Instagram Friday night with a touching tribute to their 9-year-old. They penned … “You are the miracle! Your purpose on earth was fulfilled, and it was the most sacred privilege to escort you home. You brought people to Christ, you showed the world that God is good, and your light shined to all corners of the earth.”

Speaking to Brie further, her loving family said they will look for her in dragonflies and asked her to visit often, adding … “We will never stop sharing your story.”

Brie was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma in 2020 and documented her journey with her family ever since. When they first revealed her illness, Brie’s mother, Kendra, said doctors found an 8-centimeter tumor in her abdomen … and that the cancer had spread to her back.

They documented her time preparing to pass on … and just 2 days before her death, her family said they watched “the small decline every day.” They also shared the happy momentd, such as when Brie opened up a “Wicked”-themed surprise package from her “favorite person in the whole wide world,” Ariana Grande.

Brie was only 9 years old.

Peter Greene, an actor best known for playing villains in flicks such as “Pulp Fiction” and “The Mask,” has died.

Greene was found dead Friday in his Manhattan apartment, his manager Gregg Edwards confirms to TMZ. He tells us his body was discovered after a neighbor heard music playing all night and knocked on the door. When there was no answer, they contacted police. Authorities arrived for a wellness check and found him deceased.

The cause of death is unknown at this time. Greene’s death was first reported by the New York Daily News.

Greene was born in Montclair, New Jersey in October 1965 and pursued acting in his 20s while living in New York City. He landed his first onscreen role in 1990 in one episode of the NBC crime drama “Hardball,” per IMDb, and made his film debut 2 years later in the 1992 film “Laws of Gravity,” starring alongside Edie Falco.

In addition to working with Quentin Tarantino in “Pulp Fiction,” he paired up with famed director Bryan Singer for his 1995 psychological drama “The Usual Suspects.” Other notable roles for Greene include 1997’s “Kiss & Tell,” 1999’s “Blue Streak” and 2001’s “Training Day,” in which he starred opposite Denzel Washington and Ethan Hawke.

He last appeared onscreen in a 2025 episode of “Dope Thief” and has several projects in the works, according to his IMDb page.

He is survived by a sister and a brother.

Greene was 60.
