Diddy Trial ‘Jane’ Claims Explosive Fight Got Violent … Weeks After Cassie Beating Video Released
Published
Diddy‘s ex-girlfriend “Jane” says he beat the crap out of her a couple weeks after the Cassie beating video was released … and she claims the violence all started with a verbal argument about another woman.
Jane testified Monday she didn’t see Diddy for about a month after the Cassie beating video aired on CNN in May 2024 … until they met up at her home in Los Angeles on June 18 in what she said ended up being “a very terrible day.”
She told jurors Diddy had just come from a family trip to Utah and they were talking in her backyard and drinking champagne and tequila when she says she confronted him about who he was traveling with in Utah.
Department of Justice
Jane said she called Diddy a “pedophile” after assuming he was with a woman who was roughly 25 years younger than him … even though Jane testified she thought the alleged female companion was between 18 and 21 years old.
She says the confrontation turned physical … she told jurors she pushed Diddy’s head into a marble counter and threw candles at him and told him she hated him.
Jane testified things kept escalating and she tried to lock herself in the master bedroom … but said Diddy kicked the door in. She said she then locked herself in the master bathroom, but said Diddy kicked that door in, too. She said she ran to the master closet to change clothes and try to escape.
She told jurors she made a run for the front door but says Diddy caught her and kicked her in the back of the thigh, knocking her down. She said he put her in a chokehold and choked her, but claims she escaped his clutches and ran outside, hiding from him for what felt like 2 hours.
Jane said she then returned to the house, thinking Diddy was gone, and saw him on the street. She said she went inside and locked herself in the guest bedroom, but testified Diddy kicked the door in … and she says she started throwing candles at him again.
She told the jury she then ran to a patio but was followed by Diddy, claiming she then punched him and he punched her back … she added that all the punches were to each other’s faces.
Jane said she then ran to the backyard and curled up in a ball as Diddy punched and kicked her before she says he grabbed her by her arm and hair and dragged her back to the house.
She testified after the alleged assault, she was in her master bedroom with Diddy and she used his phone to call the girl she thought he was with in Utah … and she said when she asked the girl about the trip, the girl started insulting her, and Diddy held her down and made her listen to the verbal jabs.
Diddy’s defense has heard similar tales of domestic violence at several points during the trial … but it’s important to note Diddy is not charged with domestic violence.
While President Trump’s busy throwing himself a flashy, taxpayer-funded birthday blowout on Saturday in Washington, D.C., a totally different kind of party’s popping off across America — and spoiler, no cake, says one political activist … and No Kings.
That’s the theme of the “No Kings Day” protest event set for tomorrow … Ezra Levin joined us on “TMZ Live” to discuss the philosophy and the practical tactics of the coast-to-coast clapback at the Trump Administration’s exercises of power … and he’s crystal clear that the nationwide protest is all about peaceful people power under the Constitution.
Marches are scheduled Saturday in large cities and small towns across the country, in red states and blue … the overall event is meant as a firm demonstration in support of democracy and against monarchy — and a reminder to the president he’s not an absolute ruler.
Saturday is also the 250th anniversary of the creation of the U.S. Army — which happens to match up with President Trump’s 79th birthday — and Trump’s decided to hold a parade in Washington, D.C., featuring dozens of tanks, hundreds of troops and plenty of fireworks.
Instead of packing D.C. with protesters and handing Trump a potential crackdown moment he might be craving, Ezra says they’re flipping the script — taking the protest everywhere else across the nation.
Levin’s in Philadelphia — site of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, of course — where he says as many as 80,000 people are expected to come out and march in the streets there. He tells us about training volunteers to deescalate dangerous confrontations with authorities, and how to “wage nonviolence” in a “joyful, peaceful display.”
As you know, public protests have erupted across the country in the past week — sometimes violently — in reaction to Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids targeting undocumented immigrants. In Los Angeles, Trump federalized thousands of California National Guard troops and called up 700 active-duty Marines to protect federal buildings — against the wishes of Mayor Karen Bass and Governor Gavin Newsom.
Watch the clip … Levin does not mince words describing his take on Trump’s actions, and why he thinks the events in L.A. are basically a dress rehearsal for his plans for other American cities.

The man who Antonio Brown allegedly tried to kill in a shooting last month says the dispute that led to the gunfire was sparked by a remark about money.
Zül-Qarnain Nantambu joined Charles and Elex on “TMZ Live” on Friday and explained he and Brown had big beef long before their differences turned physical outside of a celebrity boxing event back on May 16.

Nantambu alleged that a few years ago, when they were both in Dubai for a Floyd Mayweather fight, Brown stole some jewelry from him. Nantambu said the incident actually resulted in a lawsuit, which he claims ended in a judgment against the former NFL star.
Nantambu said when he hit up Adin Ross‘ Brand Risk event in Miami and saw Brown there — he reminded the ex-Steelers receiver about the debt he owed … “and then that’s when the attack happened.”
Nantambu claimed Brown hit him … and then several of the athlete’s friends raced in to tag him as well. He said it all resulted in him needing seven stitches just above his eye.
He added that he believes a bullet that Brown eventually fired at him toward the end of the altercation might have grazed his neck.
