Tony McCollister — the former A&E personality arrested on charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor and sexual conduct with an animal in Ohio — had his pets confiscated from him, TMZ has learned.

Warren County Sheriff Barry Riley tells TMZ … the animals were seized from McCollister during the investigation and “are being well cared for.” He did not reveal what type of animals McCollister had sexual contact with; however … WLWT5 reports it was 2 dogs.

As we reported, McCollister was arrested on Tuesday … but satisfied his $250,000 bail after his court hearing this week. He was ordered to have no contact with any children or pets and is due back in court next Tuesday.

McCollister appeared on the short-lived A&E show “Neighbors with Benefits” in 2015, which documented him and his wife, Diana McCollister, swinging with other couples in their friend group. It was cancelled after 2 episodes due to public scrutiny.

Kai Cenat and his girflriend Gabrielle Alayah have broken up … though she’s not letting anyone spread rumors that she was unfaithful.

The streamer announced the news via X Saturday … sharing a post which is pretty pessimistic about his future love life.

Cenat wrote, “I’m single I will never be in another relationship again.”

Well, Gabrielle’s burning down that particular rumor mill … writing on her Instagram story she’s upset people have rushed to paint a false narrative of her after she initiated the split from Kai.

Alayah writes, “I’ve never cheated on him, and YOU know that. I have never dealt with that man … play that sympathetic role somewhere else please.”

So, it seem Gabrielle’s not happy with the way Kai’s presenting their breakup … even though it doesn’t appear he’s ever claimed she cheated.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Vittoria Ceretti are getting in some post-Christmas shopping together … plus engaging in a little PDA while out in Los Angeles.

The actor and his model girlfriend hit up Melrose Place — a popular shopping area in the City of Angels — Friday … keeping low profiles in all-black outfits. The two looked giddy together … big grins on their faces while they snuggled up against one another — even locking lips in one snap.

It’s rare to see these two out in L.A. … or on land for that matter — the lovebirds are often seen packing on the PDA off the coast of France or Italy, usually jumping into some crystal clear water together.

DiCpario and Ceretti started dating back in 2023 … getting close quickly by hanging out with each other’s families and traveling the world together.
