Just three weeks ago, the Holy Fashion Group introduced Strellson’s new CEO, Mats Birk. Now the personnel merry-go-round in Kreuzlingen is turning once again: Jan Mangold is stepping down at Windsor, and Anke Ratzsch will assume his role as managing brand director with immediate effect.

Ratzsch was previously responsible for womenswear at Joop!, also part of Holy Fashion Group, and is returning to Windsor, where she headed womenswear from 2015 to 2019. Ratzsch brings many years of international experience in the premium and luxury segment. Her career has also included roles at Hugo Boss and Akris. Going forward, she will report directly to Marcel Braun, CEO of the Holy Fashion Group.

“For years, the Holy Fashion Group has had in Anke Ratzsch an extraordinary and inspiring personality who has made a significant contribution to the success of Joop! Women,” Braun said of the appointment. “For Windsor, she is the ideal candidate to continue the brand’s successful course with continuity and a clear signature. With her deep understanding of the brand and its customers, she will drive Windsor forward.”

Mangold is leaving the company “after many years of successful service to Windsor.” The Kreuzlingen-based company expressly thanked him for his valuable work and his significant contribution to the brand’s successful development.

Mangold joined Windsor in 2015 and is widely regarded as a seasoned sales professional. During his time at Windsor, he was instrumental in strengthening the brand profile and its positioning in the top tier, as well as driving internationalisation. To telling effect: after many strong seasons, Windsor increased sales by a further eight per cent in 2024.

As part of the personnel changes, the management structure at Joop! womenswear is also being reorganised: the design, sales and product management departments will in future report directly to managing brand director, Thorsten Stiebing.
