Donald Trump‘s moving towards Richard Nixon territory … because he’s ruining his track record over a huge scandal … and if he doesn’t turn things around soon, all he will be remembered for is the Jeffrey Epstein files.

On the latest episode of the “2 Angry Men” podcast, Harvey Levin and Mark Geragos dive into the latest developments in the Trump and Epstein saga … and Harvey says Trump is effing up his legacy over the convicted pedophile.

The way Harvey sees it … Trump’s resistance to releasing the Epstein files makes it look like POTUS has something to hide.

Mark Geragos also points out, the recent trove of emails linking Trump and Epstein didn’t come from the DOJ … they came from the Epstein estate … and it sounds like United States Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche may have botched his sit-down with Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

Todd Snider — known for majorly influencing the alt-country and Americana music genres — has died.

His label, Aimless Records, shared the sad news on Facebook Saturday morning after his family revealed Friday he had been hospitalized due to an “undiagnosed case of walking pneumonia.”

Aimless said he passed on Friday and remembered him as “the one who always had the right words, who knew how to distill everything down to its essence with words and song while delivering the most devastating, hilarious, and impactful turn of phrases.”

The musician was born in Oregon, but began his music journey in Texas in the 1980s, where Jerry Jeff Walker mentored him in songwriting. Once he landed in Nashville, he became the face of the city’s alt-country and alternative rock music scene.

His 2004 album “East Nashville Skyline” brought eyes on the alternative spirit of East Nashville and cemented his place as a key figure in the alt-country scene. He founded his own record label, Aimless Records, in 2008.

In addition to being a solo artist, the “Beer Run” hitmaker fronted the group Hard Working Americans, which formed in 2013. He continued making music and touring over the years even as he struggled with substance abuse issues.

He released his “High, Lonesome and Then Some” album this year and was planning on touring, but canceled it less than 2 weeks ago after he allegedly “sustained severe injuries as the victim of a violent assault.”

He was then arrested when he got aggressive with cops following his discharge from a Salt Lake City, Utah hospital.

He was 59.

Tony-winning Broadway star Elizabeth Franz has died.

Her husband, Christopher Pelham, told the New York Times she died from cancer as well as having a “severe reaction” to the drugs used to treat it.

She took her last breath on November 4 at her home in Woodbury, Connecticut, according to the outlet.

The theater veteran, who trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, also took her talents to the big screen, notably landing roles in 1987’s “The Secret of My Success,” 1992’s “School Ties” and 1995’s “Sabrina,” to name a few.

She additionally took guest-starring roles in several shows, such as “Gilmore Girls,” “Law & Order: SVU” and “Grey’s Anatomy.”

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her brother, Joe.

She was 84.
