UFC’s Henry Cejudo is a great fighter … and he is also a great neighbor ’cause he recently helped stop a hit-and-run suspect in his hood.
Here’s the deal … a speeding car crashed into the house right next door to Henry’s in Phoenix last night — and the visuals are wild!
The UFC star gave an interview shortly afterward … and he said the driver of the car was going to book it after the crash and his neighbor tried to stop him, which is when the dude punched the neighbor.
At that point … HC said he had no other choice but to go to work on the suspect … which he did while wearing gold PJs — and he ended up body-slamming the dude! Police finally arrived at the scene and made an arrest.
It’s a miracle no one was seriously hurt at the scene … although the suspect is likely pretty damn sore!
Henry is the former Flyweight and Bantamweight Champion … and was at one time the youngest American Olympic gold medalist in wrestling history, winning the Summer Olympics in 2008.

Terrence Howard just gave a glimpse into what he said was the dark side of Hollywood … and one example he used from his personal experience was none other than Diddy!
The film and TV actor was a recent guest on Patrick Bet-David‘s “PBD Podcast” … where he claimed he was targeted by Diddy for sex under the guise of coaching.
TH doesn’t say exactly when this alleged attempt by Diddy occurred … but claims he was invited to Diddy’s place when the music mogul asked Terrence for acting lessons.
Terrence claims Diddy had no material to work on — and just “stared at me” a while before asking Terrence to play some music … again, to just stare at him. Nothing was accomplished.

When Diddy invited him to come back over another time, TH said he realized Diddy only wanted to have sex with him. To be clear, he didn’t accuse Diddy of any wrongdoing.
Terrence said a lot of people give up their “man card” to make it in Hollywood and become successful … but he refused to do so at any point.

Needless to say, Patrick was taken aback by the story since he did not even mention Diddy … but did ask about the darker side of the business.
We’re out to Diddy’s reps for comment … so far, no word back.

Cooper Flagg Should Stay At Duke!!!

If Larry Johnson were in Cooper Flagg‘s giant Blue Devil sneakers, he tells TMZ Sports he’d forgo the NBA for one more year … and stay put in Durham.
Flagg, of course, is the prohibitive favorite to go at the top of this year’s draft … but Johnson made it clear to us he’d like to see the 18-year-old hang around Duke a bit longer.
The College Basketball Hall of Famer said the extra year of ACC ball would help Flagg tremendously in the long run … even though he knows it’d be difficult for the teenager to postpone his pro career another 12 or so months.
“It’s tough to turn down that money when you know you’re going to be No. 1,” he said, but “to go back to Duke and spend one more year, just get them skills together a little bit more — I think that would be a pretty good idea.”

Flagg’s had a heck of a season so far with the Blue Devils — he and his teammates are playing for a spot in the national championship later Saturday — and almost every NBA draft pundit believes he’s on the precipice of a huge rookie season. But Johnson knows a thing or two about staying a while longer in college — he opted for one more season at UNLV before becoming the 1991 No. 1 overall pick, and he says he doesn’t regret it at all.
“Heck no,” he told us.
Flagg won’t have long to make a decision … the draft kicks off in late June!
