Gervonta Davis was sued on Thursday by a woman who alleged the star boxer roughed her up at a popular Miami strip club earlier this week.
The plaintiff — Courtney Rossel — claimed she and Davis had a private, intimate relationship over the last five months … but she said it was anything but a smooth ride with the pugilist.
She wrote in the lawsuit — which was filed in a Miami-Dade County court — he beat her up and threatened her on several different occasions.
On Sept. 23, she alleged Davis accused her of cheating … and wrote to her in a message, “I’ll kill you.”
According to the suit, things got worse on Monday … when Davis allegedly attacked her while she was working as a VIP cocktail waitress at the famed Tootsies.
Rossel alleged at around 4:15 AM, Davis found her in a VIP lounge, “forcibly grabbed and dragged [her] through a stairway through the kitchen, and through the back entrance all the way into the parking garage.”
There, she said he “continuously grabbed, choked, pushed, pulled, and struck [her] in the back of the head, leaving her terrified and alone and embarrassed for her co workers and employer.”
She wrote in her suit Davis later texted her “I’m on my way! Yo ya house,” a message she interpreted as Davis was headed to her home “to further abuse her.”
“Davis has continued to verbally, physically, and psychologically abuse Rossel,” the lawsuit states, “causing her to seek medical treatment, therapy, and assistance with daily living, as she remains in constant fear for her life.”
Rossel is asking for unspecified damages in the suit.
It’s unclear if Rossel has gone to cops over the matter … although a spokesperson for the Miami Gardens Police Department told TMZ Sports on Friday Davis has been named as the suspect in a recently filed police report.
Davis — who’s been previously accused of domestic violence by other women — has not yet publicly commented on the new allegations. He’s scheduled to fight Jake Paul in Miami on Nov. 14.

A tourist hiking a mountain in China fell off a 130-foot-high cliff while trying to get the perfect selfie … and it’s all on video.
Footage shows the moment the hiking tourist goes over the edge of Huaying Mountain in Guang’an, China.
The guy is balancing on the rocky cliff, phone in hand, and he looks down and then tries to take a selfie … then stumbles and falls off the cliff … disappearing into the tree line below Sunday.
After the guy disappears, other tourists head to the edge of the cliff to look for him … but he’s nowhere to be seen.
Reports out of China say the man fell about 50 feet … and, miraculously, the guy lived to tell the tale … on social media, naturally.
The man posted on social media … “The mountain Gods blessed me. I’m so lucky. I fell from a 40m high cliff and rolled down the slope for nearly 15 metres. When the rocks collapsed, I thought I was going to die. It’s so good to be alive. So I’ll live well!”

Gun Used To Whack Healthcare CEO?!?

Prosecutors in the Luigi Mangione murder trial just entered a bunch of evidence into court … including photos of the gun they say Luigi used to whack UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
The photos are included in new legal docs obtained by TMZ … they show a handgun, bullets and a magazine. Cops say they found the gun and the loaded magazine in Luigi’s bag when he was arrested.
Police previously released photos of the gun last December around the time of Luigi’s arrest … but these are clearer photos from different angles … in other words, it’s the best look yet at the gun Luigi allegedly used to kill Thompson.
Luigi’s court hearing this month have been pretty juicy … prosecutors resurfaced video from the shooting and released the 911 call that led to Luigi’s arrest at a Pennsylvania McDonald’s … plus, we finally saw the body cam footage from the arrest.
For his part, Luigi’s pleaded not guilty to murdering Thompson, who was gunned down December 4, 2024 on a NYC sidewalk.
