Crow had extensive experience with FloridaCommerce, managing about 1,000 employees.

The Florida Trucking Association (FTA) now has a new key top administrator joining the organization.

The FTA has appointed Hannah Crow as Vice President of Strategic Development and Membership of the FTA. Crow has a robust portfolio of experience in strategic operations, engagement and relations in both public and private sectors.

“We are thrilled to welcome Hannah Crow to Florida Trucking Association,” said Alix Miller, President and CEO of FTA.

“Hannah’s proven track record in community engagement and operations management will be invaluable as we continue to grow our membership and strengthen relationships with industry leaders across Florida. Her ability to build meaningful partnerships and drive results will help us better serve the people who keep Florida’s economy moving.”

Crow has a long list of stints in government and community relations. She was the Director of Operations at the FloridaCommerce Division of Workforce Services. She oversaw more than 1,000 employees and multimillion-dollar budgets in that role. She also was involved in coordinating legislative priorities and was a liaison between FloridaCommerce and division leaders as well as other stakeholders.

“I am honored to join an organization with such a rich history and vital mission,” Crow said. “The trucking industry is the backbone of Florida’s economy and I look forward to working with FTA members to expand the association’s reach and impact while supporting the incredible professionals who power our state.”

Florida Secretary of Commerce J. Alex Kelly praised Crow’s performance with FloridaCommerce.

“We are proud of Hannah’s growth, development and professionalism during her time at FloridaCommerce,” Kelly said. “It has been a privilege to witness her contribution and dedication to workforce development and strategic collaboration firsthand, and we are looking forward to seeing her build on her success in her new role at the Florida Trucking Association.”

The FTA is one of the oldest transportation organizations in Florida and was founded about 90 years ago. It is largely a lobbying organization for state and federal transportation public policy.
