Two people have been arrested in Memphis after a repo man had his head run over in a shocking video that has since gone viral.

Nicholas Wray and Brandi Revels were arrested Friday — both on suspicion of aggravated assault for the harrowing incident that took place Wednesday.

In the insane video … a repo man is attempting to hook a red Ford Fusion and tow it away, but another man — presumed to be Wray — hopped into the car and started it.

With the poor repo man’s head and torso under the car, the driver slams into reverse — running over the man’s melon!

Memphis Police Dept. told TMZ … the repo man sustained abrasions on his head and was experiencing arm pain … and he “had to be shook in order to keep him awake.” He was hospitalized in non-critical condition.

The victim posted his injuries online afterward … showing him scraped up and wearing a neck brace … but it could have been so much worse!

Paul Rodriguez was recently arrested for alleged possession of narcotics in Burbank … but the comedian tells TMZ the drugs weren’t his — and he’s leveling some serious allegations against police.

We broke the story that Paul was arrested Friday when the car he was in was pulled over for a traffic violation, at which time cops allegedly found narcotics. Paul was arrested for misdemeanor possession.

But the comedian tells TMZ that not only were the drugs not his … he feels one of the officers overstepped during the arrest — and it may have been racially motivated.

From what he says … the car was Paul’s, but he was asleep in the passenger seat when it was pulled over — which is when the “Caucasian” officer allegedly slapped Paul to wake him up … ’cause he was on a “power trip.”

As for the narcotics … Paul tells us those allegedly belonged to his friend who was driving, and he claims she told police they were hers — but Paul says he was allegedly “roughed up” and arrested right along with her anyway. His car was impounded.

We took Paul’s allegations to Burbank police … and they told us Paul was cited and released for misdemeanor drug possession and the case will be sent over to the city attorney for possible charges. His pal is being held for outstanding warrants.

Police didn’t address Paul’s allegations … but the comic tells us he is considering filing a formal complaint.

One of the most coveted collectibles in Hollywood is on the open market … an Oscar statuette from the Golden Age of Hollywood.

The Oscar for Best Cinematography from the 1930 Academy Awards is up for auction over at RR Auction … and this Oscar is going to the highest bidder.

The golden statuette was presented to Clyde De Vinna for his work on the 1928 film “White Shadows in the South Seas.”

The movie, starring Monte Blue and Raquel Torres, was groundbreaking … it was MGM’s first sound film — allowing theatergoers to hear the MGM lion roar for the first time — and it was shot on location in Tahiti.

It’s super rare to see Oscars on the market … the Academy made a rule in 1951 preventing Oscar winners from selling their statuettes without first offering them back to the Academy for $1 … but it only applies to statues awarded after 1950, so this Oscar gets a pass.

This Oscar was presented at the second annual Academy Awards … held at the swanky Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles on April 3, 1930 … the first ceremony to be broadcast on radio as a public event.

The award’s plaque is engraved with information about the award … the base reads, “Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences First Award 1929.”

There’s a golden disc on the underside of the award that says … “AMPAS, 1929 Academy First Award to Clyde De Vinna for Distinguished Achievement in Cinematography of White Shadows of the South Seas.”

RR Auction tells us the seller is a private collector who wishes to remain anonymous … bids are now coming in above $70,000 and the auction house estimates the winning bid will go beyond $150,000.
