Jennifer Lopez has gone country … well, L.A. country, because TMZ has learned she just closed on an amazing compound which has all the necessities to ride into the sunset!!!

Informed sources tell TMZ … J Lo bought a 2 1/2-acre compound in the Hidden Hills area of L.A. The main house is 10,046 square feet, and it comes with a barn, stables and a riding arena, and the obligatory guest house and pool. BTW … Hidden Hills is famous for horses, so cowgirl boots may be in order.

It also has city-slicker amenities, such as a theater, chef’s kitchen and a gym.

The house has lots of celebrity history. Remember when Sly Stallone sold his Beverly Hills home to Adele and moved to Palm Beach? Well, Sly decided to come back to L.A. for a hot minute and bought the property J Lo now owns. He changed his mind and sold it to John Fogerty, who just sold it to Jen.

The woman who has a love child with Dave Grohl has finally been revealed … and she’s a 38-year-old rock enthusiast from Florida.

Jennifer Young is the mother of Dave’s infant daughter, who was born Aug. 1, 2024 — and has Dave’s last name … according to records obtained by The New York Post.

Dave’s baby mama confirmed her identity and Dave’s relation to the child … telling the outlet she could not comment on questions about Dave’s role in the kid’s life.

Photos show Young running errands in L.A. and NYC with the child strapped in a baby carrier … and the kid’s wearing a helmet with Metallica, Led Zeppelin and Elvis Presley stickers.

Dave announced in September he had recently become a father to a baby daughter outside his marriage to Jordyn Blum … but the mother’s name and identity had remained a secret.

The kid’s name is still under wraps, except for her having Dave’s last name … and Jennifer told the Post she wants to protect the child’s identity “because there’s some really angry fans.”

Dave and Jordyn were spotted in public earlier this month for the first time since he revealed he had a baby with another woman. He’s said he plans to be a present and loving father to the baby, but declares he’s also trying to rebuild trust with Jordyn and their kids.

Grohl and Blum tied the knot in 2003 and they share three kids … Violet, Harper and Ophelia.

Nate Richie is one of the passengers who survived the Delta plane crash in Toronto … and he’s scoffing at the airline’s $30,000 offer.

Nate tells us he hasn’t been able to sleep since Monday’s crash and he doesn’t think the $30K offer extended to survivors is remotely close to the toll the incident is taking on his mental health.

He has hired attorney Ardalan Montazer, and he doesn’t believe he’ll ever fly again … that’s how traumatized he is by the crash landing.

As we reported … Delta is offering to cut $30K checks to the dozens of people who were on the flight, and the airline says the money comes with no strings attached — and anyone who accepts the payment can still take legal action against the airline.

Nate says it’s all too much for him to deal with right now … telling us he needs more time after a brush with death.

He gives us a play-by-play account of the doomed landing … and says he thought his life was over when he was hanging upside down in the plane with jet fuel wafting through the air and running down the windows.

Passengers and crew were able to escape … but Nate says moments after he got off the plane there was an explosion near the door where he exited.
