Rick Ross just may want to re-route his plans to bring the “BMF” film to movie theaters … getting the green light may be tricky considering he’d have to ask his No. 1 competition, 50 Cent, for permission!!!

Sources with direct knowledge of the existing contracts tell TMZ Hip Hop that 50 is the sole owner of both the “BMF” stories’ TV and film rights — and nothing is changing!!!

We’re also hearing 50’s G-Unit film division is already deep in production of Tammy Cowins‘ life story to continue the next official phase of his BMF franchise.

It was a moment that even 50’s longtime rival The Game had to have a laugh at!!! 🫣

The bigger Meech and Rick Ross have been hanging tough in Florida since the ex-drug kingpin’s release from prison last fall.

While Ross cannot possibly do anything in the arena of “BMF” films, he still has a movie-making opportunity via Meech’s welcome home concert starring himself, Lil Baby, 21 Savage, Sexyy Red and many more.

Whoever walked away with the deed certainly got one hell of a deal, as the property was initially listed back in May for a whopping $8.965 million … and it just sold for $7.95M.

It’s no wonder rumors circulated back in September that former President Joe Biden had been eyeing the property, as it’s certainly fit for a man of 46’s status.

However, as TMZ learned at the time, JB and First Lady Jill Biden were NOT actually planning to make the “Grease” actress’ former home their post-White House pad … it was all just a rumor.

Marcus Jordan entered a not guilty plea in his DUI case on Friday, TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported … Michael’s son is facing three charges stemming from his run-in with police earlier this week — DUI crash with property damage, possession of cocaine and resisting an officer without violence.

Jordan allegedly got his Lamborghini SUV stuck on train tracks early Tuesday morning after a night out in Florida … and when cops arrived at the scene, they claim he showed signs of intoxication.

Body cam footage obtained by TMZ Sports showed Jordan try to pull the famous dad card during the incident, but cops apparently weren’t impressed … and he was cuffed and taken to a DUI testing facility.

Once they got there, cops say Jordan was acting like a rude blabbermouth … and even had some music requests, asking they “play some Mariah Carey up in this bitch.”

While Jordan hasn’t spoken out on his side of things, he did thank all his supporters who reached out to him in the days following his arrest.
