Mickey Rourke’s beloved pup is facing a life-threatening health crisis … and the cost of essential surgery could be more than the actor can bear.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Mickey’s longtime dog, Ivan, is suffering from heart disease and needs an operation — one that doesn’t come cheap.

We’re told the procedure will cost around $10,000 … and Ivan could potentially require a second surgery costing an additional $6,000 to $8,000.

Making matters even more complicated … the actor is in dire straits and doesn’t have the money on hand to pay for the procedure. Mickey had just checked into a hotel with Ivan two weeks ago.

As you know … Mickey emphatically rejected a GoFundMe set up to help him stay afloat and avoid eviction — despite it raising more than $100K. A GoFundMe spox tells us donation refunds were issued January 14th, and donors will get 100 percent of their contributions back.

We’re told Mickey is now urgently looking for work to cover his dog’s heart surgery … but as we previously reported, he’s been reluctant to accept offers being presented to him by his manager.

Harvey and Charles are usually a tight team … but Michael Rapaport‘s “Traitors” comments stirred up some trouble in paradise — with the two men passionately debating on “TMZ Live.”

Our two colleagues discussed the reaction to Rapaport claiming Colton Underwood — a gay man who was looking for a wife on “The Bachelor” while he was still in the closet — would be an incredible secret-keeper … and that received quite a negative reaction from his costars. Michael later apologized to Colton.

Charles tells Harvey he still thinks it’s a homophobic statement … and, if in Michael’s position, he would never say anything like that to Harvey or anyone else. He thinks it’s too close to mocking someone for not feeling comfortable living their truth out loud.

If the Buffalo Bills need any help at receiver against the Denver Broncos this weekend, they can call a familiar face … ’cause Stevie Johnson tells TMZ Sports he could rack up a “humble 40” yards — and even score!!

The former wide receiver last suited up in 2015 … but he explained his stance ahead of his old team’s Divisional Round matchup with the top seed in the AFC.

“I would get at least four first downs before I get the hang of it,” Johnson said. “Now if we’re talking in the red zone, I can get three touchdowns — fade, slant, that’s easy work. Just get up on ’em, create space and it’s money all day.”

And he said he wasn’t bragging, either!!!

“I’m not afraid to get into the fire, so there’s a lot of different techniques that I utilize that have nothing to do with speed or the things you see on the board like height and things like that,” he said. “There are other dynamics that I’m equipped with to make plays to get into space.”

As far as his actual analysis goes, Johnson thinks because the Bills have “never really had a premier receiver” for teams to worry about, the Broncos’ elite secondary “cancels itself out.”

By the way … Johnson also said he’s on the “trough train” with the Bills preparing to auction off items from Highmark Stadium, as we previously reported.
