The third death on Walt Disney World property in 10 days has been ruled a suicide, and two of the people took their lives at Disney’s most prominent hotel … TMZ has learned.
A rep for the Medical Examiner’s Office tells TMZ, the third person was identified as 28-year-old Matthew Cohn, who died from multiple traumatic injuries after he jumped to his death from a height at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Florida
This is the third death at Walt Disney World in just over a week. As we reported, a 31-year-old woman died by suicide on October 14 — also at the Contemporary. Then, on October 21, a man in his 60s died after suffering a medical episode at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground.

This follows reports of a guest at Disneyland in California who was found unresponsive on the Haunted Mansion ride on October 8 … paramedics responded, and the woman in her 60s was pronounced dead at a hospital.
We’ve reached out to Disney … so far, no word back.

Shooter Egged On In Chicken Dispute

A man in Florida walked into a bar and got into a heated argument about how many eggs chickens can lay … and then he grabbed a gun and opened fire … and no, this isn’t a joke.
Cops in Port St. Lucie say 44-year-old Peter Riera fired shots Tuesday morning outside Harper’s Pub … and police body camera footage, obtained by TMZ, shows Riera being taken into custody.
Police say Riera got into an argument with three people outside the pub who he claimed were trying to con him.
Riera raises chickens and the dispute was about how many eggs chickens can lay … cops told WPTV-TV.
For some reason, the argument got heated and Riera allegedly fired four shots from a .45-caliber Glock. Cops say Riera was paranoid and thought the folks he was arguing with were out to get him.
Cops say everyone involved was drinking … and, fortunately, no one was injured.
Riera is being held without bond as he faces multiple criminal charges … and two of the people he allegedly shot at ended up getting arrested during the police response. They were busted for resisting officers.
No word who is caring for Riera’s chickens while he’s in custody.

Congressman Pat Harrigan has been keeping up with Harvey Levin‘s OWTA — which stands for “Out With Their Asses” — and he told us on TMZ Live he’s on board.
With the federal government shutdown now in its record-setting 37th day, Harrigan told us, “The only thing that’s assured during a government shutdown is that the American people lose, and we’re watching the American people lose in real time.”
And for that reason, the Republican representing North Carolina thinks Harvey makes a good point by proposing every congressperson’s office be up for grabs next election.

Harvey points out, “For more than 200 years, this country has been able to operate because Congress has been able to compromise and negotiate. They can’t do it now.”
According to Harrigan, the major problem is that we — as a nation — not only disagree on solutions, we can’t even agree on the problems. Fortunately, Harrigan had a pitch to solve this … more veterans in elected office.
He said, “One thing I’ll tell you about veterans in Congress … we really don’t argue about reality. It doesn’t matter whether we’re conservative or whether we’re liberal … we actually understand the problems that America faces, and we don’t argue over the problem statements.”

Harrigan is a former Army Special Forces officer. He ran for — and won — a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives, representing North Carolina’s 10th congressional district in 2024.
He’s just the latest to give validity to the OWTA movement, joining a growing list of sympathizers which includes Maxine Waters and Hakeem Jeffries.
