Gayle King is over the moon about yesterday’s return trip by NASA astronauts from the International Space Station and their smooth landing back on Planet Earth — especially with her own space odyssey on the horizon.

We caught up with Gayle, and she told us she’s been in constant contact with her fellow trailblazers on Blue Origin’s upcoming all-woman crew for their own mission to space — and according to her, they’re locked in, pumped up, and ready to blast off!

Gayle’s set to soar alongside an out-of-this-world girl gang — pop icon Katy Perry, journalist and author Lauren Sánchez, NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, civil rights activist Amanda Nguyen, and film producer Kerianne Flynn.

But back to those previously “stranded” astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams — Gayle dissects their ordeal further, pointing out how their one-week mission stretched into a nine-month saga … the same length as a full pregnancy.

Eugene Henley Jr., AKA Big U, one of the founders of the Rollin’ 60s Crips’ just posted a video saying he’s on his way to turn himself into the authorities after being charged in a federal RICO indictment.

Big U posted on Instagram late Wednesday riding in a van with his family. He says he’s on his way to turn himself in to deal with the indictment which he calls “bull crap.”

He asks for prayers and says over the years he’s only done good and has helped elevate his family. He claims the allegations against him are “straight trash.” Big U thanks his fans who are standing by him showing him love and support.

Big U is pretty much blames Wack 100 and 600 for putting him in the slammer. He claims 600 was with the police when police raided his house. He claims Wack was working with the FBI and the city and told them to not give U money.

He says people don’t understand what the FBI does to black men who try to help their community. He says this is the price of being black and trying to help others in their neighborhood.

In documents, the feds allege murder, human trafficking and extortion. The murder allegedly occurred in January 2021 after Big U drove with another charged defendant and fatally shot an aspiring rapper in the head, took his body off the interstate and into the desert and left the body there.

During a press conference on Wednesday, The U.S. Attorney’s Office said 10 people were arrested, including part-time rappers Bricc Baby and Luce Cannon. In his Instagram video, Big U says he doesn’t even hang with either of these rappers and he expects them to snitch on him and most likely testify against him.

Kim and Ye’s co-parenting relationship hit a new low Wednesday as he fired off a string of outrageous posts on X … the most offensive to Kim being the one where he accuses her of sex trafficking, due to North‘s involvement in an FKA Twigs song, and an accompanying TikTok.

However, sources familiar with the situation tell us the issue of trafficking already came up last week during an emergency hearing over North. We’re told Kim abruptly pulled the plug while North was visiting her dad, because security guards informed her Andrew and Tristan Tate were going to be arriving at the location.

As we reported, Kim, Ye and their lawyers met with a mediator last Friday to discuss North rapping on Ye’s song “LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE” — which also features Diddy — but we’re told the Tate Bros. incident also came up.

Andrew and Tristan were arrested in 2022 for allegedly creating a criminal organization in Romania, and Andrew’s been charged with rape in that country. They’re also both facing sexual assault lawsuits in the U.S. and the UK. They have not been convicted of any crimes.

Not shockingly, though, we’re told Kim does not want North or any of their children associating with the Tates or Diddy … who, of course, is facing sex trafficking allegations in a federal indictment.

Another issue raised in the mediation was Ye’s penchant for wearing swastika t-shirts.

Our sources also find it ironic Ye would hurl sex trafficking accusations when he very publicly parades Bianca Censori completely naked — like he did at the Grammys — or in totally see-through bodysuits.

As we reported, that emergency hearing ended with Ye promising he wouldn’t release the song with North on it — but that went out the window on the weekend, as he dropped it on X.

TMZ broke the story … all of this has Kim considering her legal options, which include possibly going to court and asking a judge to strip Kanye of joint legal custody of their 4 kids. Interestingly, he’s now saying he wants to do the same.
