Diddywas found guilty on two of five counts in his federal trial, which could land him in prison for the next 20 years, and he’s not getting out on bail prior to sentencing … but his team of lawyers are declaring victory.
The music mogul’s co-lead attorney Marc Agnifilo said Diddy and the jury system won Wednesday because the jury in his criminal trial found him not guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking.

Agnifilo said RICO and sex trafficking trials are like fighting fire-breathing dragons … and he says Diddy slayed this dragon. He was only found guilty of lesser charges related to prostitution.
Speaking on the steps outside the courthouse, Teny Geragos said it had been extremely difficult to prepare for trial while Diddy was incarcerated in MDC Brooklyn. She said she’s been saying it for months … Diddy did NOT sexually assault anyone. She said the media got it wrong every day for two years — and she said the jury found her client did not sex traffic anyone.
Brian Steel thanked his defense team colleagues and thanked the press for writing truthfully.
Nicole Westmoreland said … “Thankfully we have a right to a jury trial in this country.” She commended Diddy for battling for his freedom, and said they’re all proud of him. She urged the media to report vigorously on the acquittal.

Later on, a Diddy supporter made a ruckus outside the courthouse — cheering at the news and seemingly arguing with someone who didn’t agree with the three not guilty verdicts.
After the verdict, Diddy’s lawyers argued in court that he should be released from custody prior to sentencing … though the government argued against it and won.

‘Below Deck’ Fraser Olender My Vape Gave Me a Heart Attack!!!
Published
“Below Deck” star Fraser Olender says he was rushed to a hospital after suffering a heart attack … and he’s blaming it on his vape.
The reality TV personality says there was something in his vape that gave him vape poisoning … he says it caused the arteries supplying blood to his heart to suddenly clamp down. He says he suffered spasms, which reduced blood flow to his heart, and he suffered a heart attack.
Fraser says medical specialists in London told him his vape was the culprit after spending a week in a hospital for severe chest pains and difficulty breathing.
He says he never experienced fear or pain like what he just went through.
Fraser says he’s sharing his story because if he can help even one person rethink vaping, it’s worth it.
He says he hasn’t touched a vape since his heart attack, “and never will.”
Fraser says … “The pain I endured for 24 hours was inexplicable, 2 rounds of morphine didn’t touch the sides, and eventually had to be given the strongest pain relief legal to administer in ER — and that only brought my pain from a 10 to a 7.”
He adds … “I could have died for the sake of something so ridiculously stupid, so please do yourselves a favour and give it up too – cold turkey. We do not know enough about these horrific things but I can tell you one thing; that was NOT cute, not even for the plot.”
One last thing from Fraser … he says after nearly 3 weeks without vaping, his skin looks better, brighter, and clearer than ever .. and he thinks there’s a correlation.
Mark Sanchez Pens Emotional Message … Months After Stabbing

Mark Sanchez has barely uttered a peep since he was stabbed in Indianapolis, leaving him fighting for his life and facing serious criminal charges … until Friday, when the retired QB wrote a heartfelt tribute to his family.
The former first-round draft pick turned NFL broadcaster took to Instagram, where he posted two photos of his wife, Perry, and their two adorable little twin daughters, alongside a message of gratitude for those who have had his back.
“This time of year always makes me look around and appreciate what matters, but this one hits different,” 39-year-old Sanchez wrote. “I’m just grateful—to wake up, to be home, and to be able to wrap my arms around my wife and kids.”
Sanchez, who has since been fired from his FOX Sports broadcasting gig, continued … “Thank you to the people who kept me standing and gave my family opportunities to share moments like these. From our family to yours, we wish you a happy and peaceful holiday season.”
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Of course, it’s not the way Mark expected, or wanted, to spend the holiday season … but his life was turned upside down on October 4, when he was involved in a physical altercation with Perry Tole, a 69-year-old truck driver, who was making a delivery.
Tole told cops Sanchez became really aggressive with him, and ultimately attacked, causing the driver to fear for his life and respond using a weapon in self-defense.
Sanchez, who was alone, was stabbed and was left fighting for his life in a local hospital.
After only a few hours of investigating — which included reviewing surveillance video — the former USC signal caller was arrested in his hospital bed.

Once he was discharged more than a week later, Sanchez headed straight to the local jail, where he posed for a mugshot. On the way out, Mark broke his silence, making a brief and somber statement, thanking first responders, nurses, and doctors for treating him.
In addition to the multiple criminal charges, including a felony count, Sanchez is also being sued by Tole.
Despite all the drama, Mark’s thankful to have his family by his side this holiday season.
