Diddywas found guilty on two of five counts in his federal trial, which could land him in prison for the next 20 years, and he’s not getting out on bail prior to sentencing … but his team of lawyers are declaring victory.
The music mogul’s co-lead attorney Marc Agnifilo said Diddy and the jury system won Wednesday because the jury in his criminal trial found him not guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking.

Agnifilo said RICO and sex trafficking trials are like fighting fire-breathing dragons … and he says Diddy slayed this dragon. He was only found guilty of lesser charges related to prostitution.
Speaking on the steps outside the courthouse, Teny Geragos said it had been extremely difficult to prepare for trial while Diddy was incarcerated in MDC Brooklyn. She said she’s been saying it for months … Diddy did NOT sexually assault anyone. She said the media got it wrong every day for two years — and she said the jury found her client did not sex traffic anyone.
Brian Steel thanked his defense team colleagues and thanked the press for writing truthfully.
Nicole Westmoreland said … “Thankfully we have a right to a jury trial in this country.” She commended Diddy for battling for his freedom, and said they’re all proud of him. She urged the media to report vigorously on the acquittal.

As you know … Diddy was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and not guilty on racketeering and sex trafficking charges. A few hours after the verdict, Judge Arun Subramanian denied bail and said that Diddy displayed violent and dangerous behavior in the past — like when he beat up Cassieat a Los Angeles hotel.

Diddy’s family left the courthouse shortly after the verdict was read … and, his mother, Janice, gave a thumbs-up to the assembled crowd.
Cassie’s lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, also spoke to the press … saying his client was happy Diddy was found guilty — at least in part — and faces significant jail time.
Later on, a Diddy supporter made a ruckus outside the courthouse — cheering at the news and seemingly arguing with someone who didn’t agree with the three not guilty verdicts.
After the verdict, Diddy’s lawyers argued in court that he should be released from custody prior to sentencing … though the government argued against it and won.

Texas A&M Student Brianna Aguilera’s Family Still Calling BS on Suicide Ruling
Published
The Austin Police Department has closed the book on Brianna Aguilera‘s death, ruling it a suicide … but the family still doesn’t believe law enforcement.
Tony Buzbee, the attorney for Aguilera’s family, tells TMZ they still think Brianna’s death was more nefarious … adding, “The Austin Police screwed things up royally.”
Buzbee says there’s no credible evidence to back APD’s suicide claim, full stop.
ICYMI … Aguilera was found dead outside an apartment building on Saturday, hours after attending Texas A&M’s football game against the University of Texas with trauma from an apparent fall from a high floor.
Brianna lost her phone earlier in the day, cops say … and, she borrowed a friend’s to call her boyfriend around 12:43 AM. The call lasted only about a minute — and, then cops say Aguilera lept to her death from the 17th floor of an apartment building.
Police immediately started investigating … and, after locating her phone, officers say they discovered a typed-out suicide note written several days before Aguilera passed away.
Stephanie Rodriguez — Brianna’s mother — called BS on the suicide ruling in the immediate aftermath … claiming her daughter was excited about her career in law, and insisting she wasn’t suicidal.
However, Detective Robert Marshall of APD said in a press conference, “Brianna had made suicidal comments previously to friends, back in October of this year. This continued through the evening of her death, with some self-harming actions early in the evening and a text message to another friend indicating the thought of suicide.”
Unclear what the family’s next move is … but, clearly they won’t simply accept the official account of Brianna’s death.
Savannah Chrisley Date Night In The Caymans Is Grand
Published
Savannah Chrisley is back in the Cayman Islands with a mystery man … and this time she’s on dry land, wining and dining at a waterfront restaurant.
TMZ obtained a new photo showing the reality star at Casanova Restaurant in George Town … and she’s seated for dinner across from a mystery man, enjoying some live music before their food comes.
Folks who were there tell us Savannah and her mystery man sat down around 6:30 PM Thursday night, getting a table in the corner.
We’re told waiters appeared to welcome the pair back, as if they’d been there several times before, and quickly brought them a bottle of Champagne.
Unclear who the mystery man is here, but we’re told Savannah held his hand, talked closely to him and they both seemed to be very smitten … in other words, this was clearly a date night.

Savannah’s no stranger to hanging out with hot dudes in the Cayman Islands … we saw her down there back in August, when she was canoodling with a man in the Caribbean waters.
No word if this is the same mystery man, or a new hunk … but Savannah’s clearly moved on from ex-boyfriend Robert Shiver, the former college football player she used to date.
Pediatrician Paul Offit Slams HHS Guidance on Hep B Shot For Children … ‘Clown Show’ Hard to Watch
Published
TMZ.com
The Centers for Disease Control is a total “clown show,” and people need to trust the advice of their local doctors instead … so says a respected pediatrician.
Dr. Paul Offit joined us on “TMZ Live” Friday to talk after the Centers for Disease Control vaccine advisory committee voted to remove the recommendation that all newborns get the hepatitis B vaccine.
Offit says he is outraged by the CDC’s vote … claiming more infants and toddlers will suffer from the disease because of the new, uninformed recommendation.
The doctor says the mistake the health bureaucrats are making is assuming kids only get HBV from their mothers who have the disease while pregnant — those kids will definitely still get the vaccine, FYI.
Dr. Offit says you can get hepatitis B from people other than a mother … which is why the vaccine is essential for kids, ’cause if they get the disease in the first year of life, Dr. Offit says they have a 90% chance to get cirrhosis of the liver or liver cancer. Kids aged 1-5 have a 25% chance of developing those conditions if infected with hepatitis B.
He calls it difficult to watch “this clown show, this parody of a public health agency act the way that they do.” He adds he and his colleagues are standing back, horrified at the changes being made.
Offit says there’s still hope that people will take the vaccine even if the CDC’s no longer recommending it universally … telling us he thinks people will listen to their trusted doctors whom they talk to all the time — not Robert F. Kennedy Jr. or other health officials they’ve never met.
Worth noting … Republican Senator Bill Cassidy — who worked as a liver specialist in Louisiana for many years — has already bashed the change. He’s urging acting CDC Director Jim O’Neill not to sign it.
Regardless, Dr. Offit’s clear … this is a dangerous mistake — and, he hopes people will think twice before blindly following the news recommendations.
