And just like that, Aaron Phypers is a free man! The estranged husband of Denise Richards swiftly bonded himself out of the Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station Friday night after satisfying his $200,000 bond.
We broke the news — he was arrested after a contentious court hearing in L.A. Friday afternoon on an outstanding warrant his lawyer, Michael Finley, told TMZ is believed to be connected to Denise’s allegations of physical abuse.
Michael accused the whole thing of being a set up at the hands of Denise’s legal team.
Aaron was bonded out just after 9:30 PM local time Friday evening.

No word from Aaron yet … and the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star kept her lips sealed as she walked out of court after his arrest Friday.
As you know, the pair are in the midst of a nasty divorce battle that kicked off when Aaron filed for separation in July … and it’s been a whirlwind ever since.

Two people are missing after an explosion in the San Francisco area … and a doorbell camera captured the moment of the scary blast.
The incident took place in Hayward, California Thursday afternoon — a city about 18 miles south of Oakland — on what seems like an otherwise normal afternoon in the clip.

The camera’s set up across the street from a house, which appears to have a construction crew working on it … and the explosion happens suddenly … with debris flying into the air and a massive fireball mushrooming into existence.
According to the New York Times … the explosion appeared to lead to the complete and total destruction of one house … as well as a massive fire which ripped through the neighborhood.
Ryan Nishimoto — the deputy chief of operations for the Alameda County Fire Department — told NYT, 75 emergency personnel responded to the scene to extinguish the fire. It’s unclear what exactly caused the blaze.
Six people were hospitalized due to the explosion … however, two are still missing. Emergency personnel were searching for the missing with the help of a dog.

Woman Sues Company For Alleged Broken Chair

Princess Cruise Lines is being sued by a woman who says the company doesn’t run a tight enough ship … alleging they allowed her to sit on a chair, which broke while she was on it.
Marie Cassano says she took a trip with PCL in January 2025 … during which she went to the theater onboard to take in a show.
However, MC claims she had a bad experience when her “seat suddenly came apart and collapsed, causing her severe and permanent injuries.”
Cassano includes a picture of the alleged culprit … the bottom of which is lying on the floor beneath the backrest and the top of which is covered in yellow caution tape.
PCL either did or should’ve known the chair was faulty, Cassano claims in her lawsuit … and she wants justice after her alleged tumble to the deck.
We’ll have to wait and see if Cassano gets a treasure chest from the company … or if this lawsuit’s as ill-fated as the Titanic.
We’ve reached out to Princess Cruise Lines … so far, no word back.

“Selling Sunset” star Jason Oppenheim is serious when he says his new girlfriend could end his confirmed bachelor status … at least according to costar Alanna Hall.
We caught up with Alanna while she was leaving the COSF Foundation holiday event at Balmain West Hollywood Wednesday night, where she gushed about how cute it is to watch Jason be smitten with his new love — Oppenheim realtor Jessica Vargas.
ICYMI … Jason was on Alex Hall‘s “Pretty Dirty” podcast earlier this month, revealing he’s planning on marrying Jess. This was huge news because he’s always been adamant about how much he was against marriage.
Alanna gushed, “I’ve seen a change … just his whole demeanor when he’s around her and with her. I think it’s really cute. I hope they get married. I think it’s really good for him, and I think they bring out the best in each other.”

And as the nursery rhyme says — first comes love, then comes marriage, then comes Jason and the baby carriage … Alanna hopes.
She told us she loved the idea of there being a first Oppenheim baby … “It’d be very cute. I mean, we have all the dogs, we need a little baby in there.”
As cute as that would be, it may not be captured on camera. Many of the ladies have basically said they don’t want to continue the reality show, but Alanna is still holding out hope.
“Every season, everyone says they’re not going to come back, so I guess we’ll have to see,” she said.
We’d be excited for a Season 10 … especially if there’s an Oppenheim baby!
