Denise Richards has had it up to here with Aaron Phypers … she’s asking a judge to give him and his family the boot from their house so she can get her pets and belongings — but Phypers’ camp is calling BS on her latest legal move.
The actress filed documents with the court this week, asking a judge to order her estranged husband and his family to vacate — for 8 hours — the house the couple once shared, so she can retrieve her dogs, clothing, and her late mother’s items.
Denise says the landlord recently messaged her asking her to pay rent on the Calabasas, California property … but Denise says she stopped making payments in January after Aaron and his family refused to move out.
She also says the landlord sent a message in July, demanding they vacate the property in August. Denise says she wants to gather her things before Aaron and company get kicked out, because she’s worried about her stuff getting damaged.
We told you about how Denise tried to go back to the Calabasas property to get her dogs earlier this month … with photogs snapping pics of her speaking to the police.
She claims she entered the house when she knew Aaron wasn’t home — and, she says his parents even let her inside. However, she claims she was stopped from leaving by his parents and his brother.

Sources close to Aaron tell TMZ … Denise’s latest legal action is unsubstantiated bullying in order to divert attention away from her cheating with another man. They also say her false claim of being physically abused is a last-minute, lame attempt to dehumanize Aaron.

Our Aaron sources say anyone who fears for their life and files a restraining order against someone would not show up at that person’s house unexpectedly and unannounced — as Denise did in mid-July … as seen in this video, newly-obtained by TMZ.
Aaron’s camp also tells us Denise has never been threatened or abused by Phypers … who doesn’t see any emergency reason for the court to side with Denise in her current action. The sources add that Denise has “kept all personal, business, and third-party equipment from Phypers, leaving him with only a shirt on his back for the last 50 days.”

Dead at 31 By Suicide

Beloved TikTok star Tucker Genal tragically passed away at the age of 31 by suicide.
Tucker’s brother, Carson, confirmed the news Monday on his Instagram, saying, “I don’t even know where to begin, You were my best friend and an even better big brother, my entire life I’ve spent looking up to you and trying to follow in your footsteps because you were always my hero.”

Carson continues to say … “I know one thing is for certain and that is that I will continue to spend the rest of my life looking up to you until we meet again. You were the kindest person I’ve ever met and the greatest brother that anyone could have ever asked for.”
He ends the statement with … “We love you and will miss you eternally Tucker” and asks for privacy at this time as they “mourn and begin to navigate life without him.”
Social media has been flooded with crushed fans, shocked by the news of Tucker’s death. Tucker was known for his entertaining skits and challenges he would do with friends and his siblings on TikTok.
According to the Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s website, Tucker had passed away at his residence on December 11th from suicide.
Tucker was 31.

Son Nick’s Hotel Room Full of Blood After Murders

Nick Reiner, who is under arrest for the murder of Rob and Michele Reiner, checked into a Santa Monica hotel early Sunday morning, and left a trail of blood behind … sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.
Nick checked into The Pierside Santa Monica around 4 AM Sunday, using his credit card. His check-in came hours after he got into a heated argument with his father at Conan O’Brien‘s Christmas party.
Eyewitnesses who saw Nick check in say he seemed “tweaked out”, but there were no visible signs he had been in a violent confrontation — we’re told definitely no blood stains or cuts on his body.
The reservation was made for just a day, but Nick never formally checked out.
When the staff came into his room later Sunday morning, they found the shower “full of blood” and blood on the bed. The window in the room was covered by bed sheets.
LAPD Robbery-Homicide detectives went to the hotel Monday to gather evidence and also interview employees.
Nick was eventually tracked down and arrested around 20 miles away in Exposition Park, near downtown Los Angeles.
TMZ broke the story … sources told us Nick was acting very strange at Conan’s party … not interacting with guests, and his attire was out of place … it was a pretty ritzy event, but Nick was rolling around in a sweatshirt and seemed high on something.
The Reiner’s have had problems for years trying to help Nick kick his substance abuse problem … largely to no avail.
