Liverpool forward Diogo Jota has died in a car crash … and Cristiano Ronaldo is baffled by the loss as he leads the tributes to the late soccer star.

Taking to his Instagram to express his shock over the sudden loss, Ronaldo — who played with Jota for Portugal — admits it “doesn’t make any sense,” adding … “Just now we were together in the National Team, just now you were married.”

Jota married his partner Rute Cardoso less than 2 weeks before the fiery crash. They shared 3 children.
Jota and his brother André reportedly died just after midnight Thursday morning as they were traveling through Spain. The country’s Guardia Civil released a statement that their investigation “points to a road accident due to a burst tire while overtaking.”
Their vehicle — a Lamborghini — then caught fire, officials say.
The tributes have been pouring in following the shocking news … with Jurgen Klopp — a former Liverpool manager who signed him in 2020 — remembering him as not just a skilled player, but also “a great friend, a loving and caring husband and father.”
The Portuguese prime minister, Luis Montenegro, noted Thursday marks “a sad day for football and for national and international sport.”
LeBron James — who owns a small stake in Fenway Sports Group, Liverpool Football Club’s parent company — also shared a statement to honor Jota and his family, tweeting … “My prayers goes out to his loved ones during this time! May you all be guided and protected!”
Several members of the sports world chimed in sharing their heartache over the news … including but not limited to the Professional Footballers’ Association, past and present Liverpool and Portugal players, the Portuguese Football Federation and FIFA president Gianni Infantino.
Jota was 28, while his brother was 26.

The Centers for Disease Control is a total “clown show,” and people need to trust the advice of their local doctors instead … so says a respected pediatrician.
Dr. Paul Offit joined us on “TMZ Live” Friday to talk after the Centers for Disease Control vaccine advisory committee voted to remove the recommendation that all newborns get the hepatitis B vaccine.
Offit says he is outraged by the CDC’s vote … claiming more infants and toddlers will suffer from the disease because of the new, uninformed recommendation.
The doctor says the mistake the health bureaucrats are making is assuming kids only get HBV from their mothers who have the disease while pregnant — those kids will definitely still get the vaccine, FYI.
Dr. Offit says you can get hepatitis B from people other than a mother … which is why the vaccine is essential for kids, ’cause if they get the disease in the first year of life, Dr. Offit says they have a 90% chance to get cirrhosis of the liver or liver cancer. Kids aged 1-5 have a 25% chance of developing those conditions if infected with hepatitis B.
He calls it difficult to watch “this clown show, this parody of a public health agency act the way that they do.” He adds he and his colleagues are standing back, horrified at the changes being made.
Offit says there’s still hope that people will take the vaccine even if the CDC’s no longer recommending it universally … telling us he thinks people will listen to their trusted doctors whom they talk to all the time — not Robert F. Kennedy Jr. or other health officials they’ve never met.
Worth noting … Republican Senator Bill Cassidy — who worked as a liver specialist in Louisiana for many years — has already bashed the change. He’s urging acting CDC Director Jim O’Neill not to sign it.
Regardless, Dr. Offit’s clear … this is a dangerous mistake — and, he hopes people will think twice before blindly following the news recommendations.

Sentenced To 3 Months In Prison

Tekashi 6ix9ine just caught a huge break at his sentencing on Friday!!! Feds had been pushing for the rainbow-haired rapper to get prison time for various probation violations, and the judge agreed — to just 3 months!!!
The judge labeled Tekashi a “dumpster fire” during his sentencing in federal court in NYC on Friday and explained the violation requires prison time no matter what, but opted not to throw the book at him.
He now has a report date of January 6, 2026.
It was the same judge who granted his conditional release during the COVID-19 pandemic and felt smarter decisions would be made, but apparently, they have not.
The rapper had previously fessed up to possessing coke and ex — in addition to pleading guilty to assaulting a man in a mall who called him a “snitch” to his face!!!
6ix9ine has been on probation since coming home in 2020 after his highly profiled racketeering case involving the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, where he testified against them after claiming they double-crossed him.

The stepbrother of Anna Kepner — the teen girl who tragically died on the Carnival Horizon last month — has been sent to live with relatives as the FBI investigates him in connection with Anna’s death.
According to People, Anna’s stepmother, Shauntel Kepner, who is the 16-year-old boy’s biological mother, made the decision along with her husband — Anna’s biological father — Christopher Kepner. The move was intended to remove any risk of danger to the other children in their home.
Shauntel reportedly revealed this information Friday during a custody hearing. The court appearance stemmed from Shantel’s ex-husband, Thomas Hudson, reportedly filing an emergency custody motion requesting that a judge grant him custody of their youngest daughter, who lives with Shauntel and Christopher.
Thomas’s motion was possibly out of concern the stepbrother might harm the daughter he shares with Shauntel.
Remember … Anna was found in a room she was sharing with her stepbrother, asphyxiated from a choke hold. While the FBI is investigating the stepbrother, no charges have been filed and officials have not named a suspect.
Anna was reportedly found by a cabin steward on November 8 — wrapped in a blanket and tucked under a bed — during a Caribbean cruise with her family.
A recent report claims Anna’s stepbrother allegedly had a weird infatuation with the teen cheerleader … even climbing on top of her in bed once, according to Steven Westin, the father of Anna’s ex-boyfriend.
