Crew Clothing is about to open a store, with London’s Muswell Hill the latest new location in a busy year of expansion for the British lifestyle brand.
The 950 sq ft store will open on 4 September, marking the brand’s next step in its “ambitious plan” to open 20 new UK stores in 2025. It also becomes its fifth location within Greater London, joining Chiswick, Richmond, Paddington and the O2.
The latest store will introduce its signature, coastal-inspired designs to the North London suburb, headlined by its new AW25 collection.
Suzanne Wildey, head of Retail South for Crew Clothing, said: “We’ve had an exciting year already, with the launch of new ranges and several new store openings. We’re entering a period of growth as a business, and we’re continuing to see strong demand for bricks-and-mortar retail.”
She added: “Muswell Hill feels like a natural fit for the brand, we’re looking forward to opening in an area where we know there are already fans of the Crew. There’s plenty more in the works for Crew too.”
The brand, which is a big supporter of British sports partnering England rugby’s Red Roses, the Lawn Tennis Association, Henley Royal Regatta and Exeter Chiefs, has also been busy expanding its sportswear ranges.
In June, it launched an expansive technical activewear collection, Crew Sport, just weeks after moving into the women’s athleisure space with a slightly-higher-end collection called SuperLuxe. A similar line for men is also planned.
