U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick misspoke when he commented about citizen reactions to the Trump administration’s handling of Social Security — at least, that’s what Georgia Rep. Rich McCormick seems to think.
Rich stopped by “TMZ Live” Monday and, while he’s giving Lutnick the benefit of the doubt, he thinks compassion is key when it comes to Social Security — after all, it’s people’s own money coming back to them — and they should never be denied their benefits.

Secretary Lutnick said on a podcast last week that anyone who complains about delayed or missing Social Security payments is a “fraudster.” Lutnick, who is a billionaire, said his 94-year-old mother-in-law would not call to complain if she didn’t get her check this month, and explicitly said “whoever screams is the one stealing.”
ICYMI … Elon Musk‘s DOGE squad has recently been challenged after trying to access sensitive information in the Social Security system in an attempt to root out fraud … and a Trump admin official briefly suggested payments would be delayed or halted, provoking a political firestorm.
Rich McCormick breaks down his take to us, asserting there’s definitely some fraud in Social Security claims, but he makes it clear the average Joe shouldn’t be denied their hard-earned money.
With the backlash in full swing, Rich also dug into how President Trump has handled the situation — and hammered home the real issue is saving the Social Security program.

Adam22 says he was NOT picked up by the feds, contrary to reports, but he tells us Uncle Sam paid him a visit regarding the Big U case and Nipsey Hussle‘s murder.
We got the “No Jumper” podcast host at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank and we asked him about Wack 100 claiming he was arrested by federal agents.
Adam22 says the feds talked to him about the Big U case and they wanted to get their hands on a cease-and-desist letter Big U sent Adam’s podcast regarding an episode where Luce Cannon claimed Big U had prior knowledge of Nipsey’s death before the fatal March 2019 shooting.
Big U helped launch Nipsey’s rap career and in his federal RICO case, the indictment claims Big U is heard on wiretapped calls saying he was “bigger” than Nipsey and disciplined Hussle before his murder.
Adam22 says it’s pretty interesting to find out the feds are interested in Big U’s potential connections to Nipsey’s death … and, frankly, he’s not wrong.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott is smiling through the “Governor Hot Wheels” controversy … sharing a meme from Antonio Brown that depicts him as Professor X.
Abbott hopped on Elon Musk‘s app Thursday and reposted a meme from the former NFL player, which compares Abbott to the X-Men character … who both use wheelchairs.

Abbott and Brown are playing off Rep. Jasmine Crockett‘s remarks about the Governor earlier this week, when she called him “Governor Hot Wheels.”
Crockett’s quip caused a ton of backlash due to Abbott’s disability … but she says she wasn’t talking about his condition and was instead saying she was referencing the “planes, trains, and automobiles he used to transfer migrants into communities led by Black mayors, deliberately stoking tension and fear among the most vulnerable.”
