Hilary Musser built a waterfront dream mansion … and now she’s ready to flip it for millions … TMZ has learned.

The “Only Members: Palm Beach” star has officially listed a jaw dropping waterfront mansion she custom built herself in West Palm Beach and the asking price is a cool $42 MILLION.

The estate has been featured on the Netflix series, where viewers have watched Hilary renovate and develop the mansion over an extended period of time and now, the project is finally complete and officially ready for its next high-profile homeowner.

The ultra-luxury estate quietly hit the market at the end of December, and it’s already turning heads for all the right (and outrageous) reasons.

The place features a second story pool and spa with 180 degree water views, an outdoor cocktail bar, and multiple outdoor kitchens built for nonstop entertaining. Inside, there’s a private movie theater, wine room, full spa, and not one but TWO full kitchens decked out.

Boat people, listen up … the property comes with a 100 foot deep water dock capable of handling large yachts, making it a true waterfront flex.

Charlie Kirk‘s assassination inspired some sick users to create online missions depicting the tragic shooting in “Grand Theft Auto Online” … but, the game’s parent company says the scenarios are now banned.

Here’s the deal … videos surfaced on social media recently showing a mission titled “We Are Charlie Kirk” where the player grabs a sniper rifle and shoots an NPC standing under a canopy on the University of San Andreas, Los Santos campus.

It’s meant to parody Charlie’s appearance at Utah Valley University in Orem, UT, back in September … when he was shot and killed.

As you know … Kirk’s shooting was a traumatic moment for many … especially to people on the right side of the aisle. A Reuters report, released in November, revealed 600 people were fired, suspended, or placed on leave from their jobs for posting about Kirk in the aftermath of his death.

Fentanyl has killed another American … and this time it’s Jackson Browne‘s son Ethan Browne, an actor, model, and musician.

According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Ethan died from the toxic effects of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and lidocaine.

The medical examiner says the manner of death was accidental.

Jackson announced his son’s death back in November, saying … “It is with deep sorrow that we share that on the morning of November 25, 2025, Ethan Browne, the son of Jackson Browne and Phyllis Major, was found unresponsive in his home and has passed away. We ask for privacy and respect for the family during this difficult time. No further details are available at this moment.”

Ethan’s mother, Phyllis Major, died by suicide in 1976 when he was just a toddler. He appeared in the 2004 film “Raising Helen” with Kate Hudson. Ethan was also an accomplished model who worked with Isaac Mizrahi.

When Ethan was a baby way back in 1974, he was featured on a Rolling Stone cover with his father … they were photographed with Jackson nuzzling Ethan’s baby face.

Jackson boasted his son back in 2022, “Ethan is a great father. He’s a great son, a great man … I love seeing him with his kids.” Jackson went on … “When I see him in his movies, modeling, with his daughter, and being such a great dad, it makes me very proud.”

Ethan was only 52.
