New police video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows Marcus Jordan name-dropped his famous father to cops in an apparent effort to get out of trouble before his arrest on Tuesday morning.

The footage was captured on Maitland Police Department officers’ body cameras at 1:14 AM … right around the time cops first discovered Marcus and a woman inside a blue Lamborghini SUV that had gotten stuck on some train tracks.

Initially, you can see in the video that Jordan tried to move the car off the railway with his foot on the gas … but when the pricey ride’s tires spun in place no matter how hard he pressed, cops asked him to get out of the vehicle.

After cops felt he failed the tests … they put him in cuffs and told him, “I believe you’ve had too much to drink tonight.” Marcus said he “disagreed with that.”

Seconds later, cops can be seen in the video searching Marcus’ person … and as they dug around one of his pockets, they pulled out a small baggie full of a white powdery substance.

Marcus clearly grew agitated during the search … at one point he can be heard telling the officers all they’d find in his pants were a “big dick and some big balls.”

Diddy forced a male adult entertainer to coat his body with baby oil before sexually assaulting him … and the guy says the substance made him incapacitated … at least according to a new lawsuit.

The Bad Boy Records founder is being sued by a John Doe who claims Diddy trapped him in a “vortex of exploitation and fear” … subjecting him to a “relentless pattern of drugging, sexual assaults, death threats, clandestine recording, blackmail and phycological manipulation.”

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the guy claims he first met Diddy in 2007 when he was working as an adult entertainer in Las Vegas. He says Diddy would hire him through an agency to dance and strip, but claims their encounters went off the rails sexually once Diddy introduced baby oil.

He claims Diddy led him on for years with empty promises of making him a music star and blackmailed him with videos of their trysts. He says he finally worked up the courage to file a lawsuit after Cassie sued Diddy and the mogul was arrested.

Attorney Lisa Bloom, who is repping the John Doe, tells TMZ … “I am very proud to represent my brave client in this new case. We will not rest until we get justice for him.”

Devastating news for “Mighty Ducks” star Shaun Weiss and his girlfriend, Shannon — she’s suffered a miscarriage.

Shaun tells TMZ that he and Shannon will have to try again for another child, adding the thought of becoming a dad gave him a new lease on life … making the loss an indescribable disappointment.

Shaun told us a poor prognosis came from Shannon’s doctor last week, and they found out they lost the baby four days ago. But right now, he says the most important thing is  Shannon’s doing okay, and they’re in this together.

Finding out they were having a child was a happy accident, and Shaun says the feeling was amazing — so they’re definitely going to try again.

We broke the news in December — the couple was expecting their little one this summer, and they’d already picked out the name Charlie, no matter if it was a boy or a girl.
