Russell Brand‘s firing back at the charges leveled against him by the British government … claiming he may have dealt with drug and sex addiction — but, he never raped anyone.

The actor shared a video to his X account mere minutes ago … kicking it off by saying the only positive about people realizing the rule of law is being wielded like a weapon in Britain is that everyone can see his innocence.

After speaking in generalities for a while, Brand addresses the allegations head-on … admitting before he met his wife and had kids he was a “fool” in the throes of drug and sex addictions.

Brand thanks all of his fans for their continued support … and plugs his hit show on Rumble — next episode scheduled for release on Monday.

As you know … Russell was charged with one count of rape, one count of indecent assault, one count of oral rape and 2 counts of sexual assault Friday.

The alleged incidents are said to have occurred between 1999 and 2004 … and, the charges are bringing renewed interest to past interviews Brand has given — including one from 2007 with disgraced media personality Jimmy Savile.

Slim Shady is officially grandpa Shady … ’cause Eminem‘s daughter Hailie Jade has welcomed her first child!

Hailie made the announcement on Friday … posting to Instagram snaps of Elliot Marshall McClintock, who was born March 14, with the caption, “happy due date//3 weeks earthside little e.”

As you know … HJ — a major social influencer in her own right — is one of Eminem’s three kids with ex-wife Kim Scott — and she’s married to Evan McClintock.

As we reported … Eminem revealed Hailie is pregnant last year in a new music video — with his daughter giving him a custom Detroit Lions jersey with “Grandpa” on the back.

Hailie also gave her famous father a sonogram image of the baby inside the womb … and Em looked pretty shocked.

Hailie and Evan married last May … and have been together since 2016.

Taylor Schabusiness clearly isn’t a fan of members of the bar … ’cause she just attacked another one of her lawyers — though it seems the officers in the court were ready to handle her.

The convicted murderer was in court Friday for a hearing related to her alleged assault of a prison employee back in July … hands cuffed, but otherwise unrestrained while sitting with her lawyer.

Her attorney’s talking about sequestering a witness in the case when Taylor loses it … throwing an elbow into his arm — when she’s tackled by a few different officers.

If you don’t remember … Taylor was convicted of raping, murdering and mutilating the corpse of Shad Thyrion in 2022 after she strangled Thyrion with a chain before sliceing off his head and penis with a serrated knife.

During court proceedings in 2023, Taylor lost it at her attorney — pulling a similar move where she threw an elbow and got a couple other licks in before an officer pulled her down. While the officer got to her quick the first time, this time around it was nearly instant … so, it seems these court officers knew what to expect.
