A unique sports collaboration will take place in Tampa on Sunday, April 19, when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers join forces with Manchester United to host a youth clinic that blends soccer and American football. The event will be staged at the Buccaneers’ indoor practice field at AdventHealth Training Center, giving children a hands-on experience with two of the world’s most recognizable franchises.
Nearly 60 participants, aged 6 to 13, will rotate through training drills guided by professionals from both sports. Current Buccaneers linebacker Nick Jackson is set to run football sessions, while former Manchester United defender Wes Brown, a five-time Premier League champion, will lead soccer activities. The day will conclude with friendly matches in each sport, showcasing the newly learned skills on both turf and grass.

Doors at the AdventHealth Training Center will open at 2:00 p.m. with a welcome address to participants at 2:35 p.m. Media availability is scheduled shortly after, with drills kicking off at 2:45 p.m. and the clinic wrapping up around 4:05 p.m. Members of the press will be directed to park in the designated Flagpole Lot for easy access.
