Kim Porter‘s grandma Lila Mae Star has died.

Kim’s son Quincy Combs revealed the sad news on his Instagram late Wednesday night … saying his “heart is shattered.”

Quincy — who Kim shared with record producer Al B. Sure! but was adopted by Diddy while dating Kim — shared a photo of Lila surrounded by purple florals to honor her, along with a statement about her “legacy of love.”

Kim and Diddy’s 17-year-old twins D’Lila and Jessie — who are under the care of their mother’s best friend Lala as their dad remains imprisoned in New York ahead of his sex trafficking, racketeering and kidnapping trial — also shared the statement on their joint Instagram account.

The late model and Diddy’s first child together, Christian “King” Combs, has not spoken out publicly about his great grandmother’s death.

Lila’s death comes nearly five months after D’Lila and Jessie honored the 6th anniversary of Kim’s passing via an emotional tribute on Instagram.

We broke the news … Kim was found dead in her Los Angeles-area home on Nov. 15, 2018. It was later determined she died from lobar pneumonia.

Paul Rodriguez is having some bad luck, because he keeps getting linked to fentanyl … and things have already turned deadly.

TMZ has learned … Paul’s best friend who was found dead inside the comedian’s home back in November died from a fentanyl overdose.

According to the Medical Examiner … Paul’s friend Donald Serrato died from the combined effects of fentanyl, PCP and methamphetamine.

We broke the story … Paul told us his friend was staying with him for a few days when he died. Paul said he left the house one morning to go work on a Hollywood set and he called Donald around noon to see if he wanted to grab lunch and got no response. Paul says he called his GF to go check on Donald and she found him dead in the house.

Paul is now at war with the Burbank Police Department over a recent arrest for alleged narcotics possession. He was busted as part of a traffic stop involving a car a female friend was driving.

As we’ve told you … cops say they searched the car and found drugs in the woman’s purse … and our law enforcement sources say officers found suspected fentanyl and police are currently running tests on the substance.

Paul, through his attorney, previously denied being in possession of any controlled substance in regards to his arrest.

We reached out to Paul’s camp about his friend’s fentanyl death … so far no word back.

Before this lil girlie sippin’ on her baby bottle turned into an on-stage performer who tops the music charts, she was just tossin’ back the milk, and growing up in Wisconsin and Virginia … before movin’ to sunny Los Angeles at 14 years old.

Upon her SoCal arrival, she adopted her stage name which is not to be disclosed at this time , however when you listen to her music you better turn up the volume to the MAX!
