Miley Cyrus‘ older sister Brandi Cyrus is engaged — meaning all three Cyrus sisters are getting ready to walk down the aisle!
Brandi, who is Tish Cyrus‘ oldest child and Billy Ray Cyrus‘ adopted daughter, announced the exciting news on Instagram Saturday with a photo of Matt Southcombe on one knee next to a motorcycle holding a ring box. Brandi gushed about their engagement in the caption, writing … “It’s been the craziest, biggest year of my life and I get to close it out saying YES to forever with my dream man.”

She continued … “I’m so thankful everyday that my flight got cancelled and I walked into this coffee shop one afternoon and found you. You’re my very best friend and everything I’ve spent my whole life looking for. I love you forever!!!”
She included another snap from their engagement in her carousel along with a photo of them locking lips at what appears to be a celebratory dinner.

As we mentioned, Brandi is the third and final Cyrus daughter to get engaged. The youngest sibling, Noah, got engaged to German fashion designer Pinkus in June 2023. And Miley said “yes” to musician Maxx Morando after 4 years of dating, confirming the news in early December.
It’s been a transformative few years for the Cyrus crew. As you know, Billy and Tish called it quits for good in April 2022, and they quickly moved on with their love lives. Billy asked singer Firerose to marry him in August of that year, confirming the news in November.
Tish got engaged to actor Dominic Purcell in November 2022, though they didn’t make it public until April 2023. They walked down the aisle in August 2023.
The “Achy Breaky Heart” crooner tied the knot with Firerose in October 2023. Their union didn’t last long … ’cause they separated just 7 months later when Billy filed for annulment. He moved on from Firerose and started dating Elizabeth Hurley in April of this year.

Melodee Buzzard’s Mom Pleads Not Guilty to Murder

Ashlee Buzzard — accused of killing her 9-year-old daughter Melodee Buzzard — has pleaded not guilty to the crime.
The 40-year-old entered her plea in a Santa Barbara, California courtroom Friday … and prosecutors confirmed they’d pursue a life sentence against Buzzard, but not the death penalty.
As you know … Ashlee was arrested for Melodee’s murder Tuesday after her daughter initially went missing in October.
Authorities say Melodee’s body was found earlier this month in Utah in an area where she and Ashlee allegedly traveled together.
Melodee and Ashlee were seen on security footage wearing wigs at a Santa Barbara car rental on October 7.
Melodee was last seen on camera with her mother near the Colorado-Utah border on October 9 … where the Chevrolet Malibu Ashlee rented was seen driving with New York plates. The original plates were restored when the car was returned the following day … but Melodee was not with her mother.
Family members have spoken to the media in the aftermath of the arrest … claiming she’s “extremely mentally unstable.”
Ashlee will reportedly remain locked up prior to her trial.

Claim She Put ‘Selfish Interest’ Above Safety

Prosecutors don’t want Tea Tyme — the TikToker accused of killing a pedestrian while live streaming back in November — to be allowed back on the streets prior to her trial … arguing she poses a threat to public safety.
The Lake County State’s Attorney submitted the document to the court Friday … laying out the allegations against Tea Tyme — real name Tynesha McCarty-Wroten.
According to prosecutors … Tea Tyme was live-streaming to 14 people when she ran a red light and struck 59-year-old Darren Lucas.
Tea Tyme allegedly continued moving forward after initially hitting Lucas … running him over instead of stopping her car. Lucas was subsequently pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Authorities say the influencer had her 7-year-old grandson in the car with her at the time of the crash. They note she was tested and did not have alcohol in her system.
Prosecutors insist Tea Tyme’s pre-trial release is dangerous … arguing in the docs that her alleged actions “posed an incredible risk to every driver and pedestrian.”
They say Tea Tyme’s distracted driving while allegedly live-streaming took her focus from the road, which led to the “preventable death of Darren Lucas.” Making and actively participating in a live stream was “selfish,” prosecutors add.
In addition, prosecutors claim Tea Tyme’s previously been arrested for DUI, and they allege she’s driven with a suspended license in the past, too … so, they say she simply can’t be trusted to abide by a court order not to drive before her trial.
Tea Tyme was arrested Tuesday and booked on two felonies … reckless homicide and aggravated use of a communication device resulting in death.
