Blake Lively Files Amended Complaint Against Justin Baldoni … It Wasn’t Just Me Who Felt Uncomfortable
Published |
Updated
Blake Lively says Justin Baldoni not only sexually harassed her, but he also made two other women feel “uncomfortable” on the set of “It Ends With Us,” and both are willing to testify against him at trial, according to a new court filing.
Last night, Blake filed an amended complaint to her original lawsuit against Baldoni, which lays out new allegations that paint Justin in a negative light.
In the 141-page document, Blake says she was “not alone” in complaining about Baldoni and raising concerns about his behavior during their work together on the movie produced by Sony and Wayfarer starting in 2023.
She says Baldoni “acknowledged the complaints in writing at the time,” which runs contrary to his current narrative that he has “invented.” Blake says Baldoni “knew that women other than Ms. Lively also were uncomfortable and had complained about his behavior.”

Blake also claims the women — who are unnamed in the amended complaint — gave Blake “permission to share the substance of their communications” and “they will testify and produce responsive documents in the discovery process.”
In addition, Blake claims a female cast member reported her concerns to Sony’s Ange Giannetti and a producer on the film after Lively had already aired her grievances to film executives.
Blake says the female cast member had strong reservations about coming forward, but she did anyway because she felt the movie was “suffering as a result of Mr. Baldoni’s behavior.” Giannetti, Blake says, “shared those concerns with Wayfarer.”
Blake says Baldoni wrote in an email to the female cast member that “he was aware of her concerns, and that adjustments would be made,” but Wayfarer “took no actions to investigate this reported conduct, nor did it implement any protections at that time.”
Blake says the same cast member even expressed concerns to her about the conditions on set, saying it was “really hard” to speak with Baldoni.
Blake goes on to say that another female cast member confided to her that she felt uneasy on set and her concerns were also documented in writing nearly a year before editing on the film had started.
What’s more, Blake’s attorneys Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, have added a defamation claim to the amended complaint, accusing Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, of making “inflammatory content to media outlets,” while “saying anything, whether true or false that will harm Ms. Lively’s credibility and intimidate others from speaking up on her behalf.”
In her original lawsuit, Blake accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and waging a campaign to destroy her reputation, as well as mental pain and anguish, severe emotional distress and lost wages.
Baldoni has filed his own lawsuits against Blake and others, claiming, among other things, that he was defamed and smeared in the press.
We’ve reached out to Baldoni for comment on Blake’s amended complaint … so far no word back.

Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce
Jason Kelceisn’t the only one noticing the impact Taylor Swifthas had on Travis— even Kylie is raving about what the singer’s doing for her bro-in-law … saying she adores how happy she makes him!!
Kylie spoke all about it on the latest episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast … while clarifying a statement she made on “Call Her Daddy” about not eating Swift’s home-cooked meal during a double date.
The soon-to-be mother of four said it wasn’t by choice … as the bun in her oven “overwhelmed me with hormones and suggested if I consume anything other than crackers, then it might be seen again.”
She then asked why people are trying to “pit women against women” … saying it’s dumb and counterproductive.
“I am very forthcoming with how much I love and appreciate [Taylor Swift], and how much I love the fact you can tell how happy Travis is,” she said. “And that’s what I care about.”
Kylie also had to address speculation she wasn’t super interested in meeting Swift at first … saying that was really not her request — there was just a thing called the “Eras” tour going on at the time.
It echoes a similar point her hubby made on the “Fitz & Whit” podcast … when he said the change in his bro has “been staggering” after linking up with Tay.
Fitz & Whit
“I think sometimes you get people in your life that maybe get that out of you,” he said, subtly referencing Travis’ partnership with Swift. “And that’s a good thing.”
The relationship reviews have been nothing but positive on the Kelce side … so if Travis ever pops the question, we take it they’d welcome her to the fam with open arms.

Hurricane — the Secret Service dog that took down an intruder outside the White House in 2014 — may be gone … but, the Service honored his heroism one more time before he passed.
Marshall Mirarchi — Hurricane’s handler and close pal — stopped by “TMZ Live” to talk about the heroic Belgian Malinois … and, he got teary-eyed early remembering the dog he had for most of his adult life.
Marshall then lays out Hurricane’s last day … saying he took him back to Washington, D.C. so he could see his old workspace — the White House — one more time.
Marshall says Mirarchi got to see the members of his old team once more … all of whom Marshall says were as attached to Hurricane as he was.
Mirarchi says the old team surprised him and Hurricane at the airport … and, when they went to the White House, the Secret Service presented the man and his dog with a plaque in honor of Hurricane’s years of service.
ICYMI … Hurricane stopped an intruder on the White House lawn in 2014 — sustaining injuries while fighting off a man named Dominic Adesanya. President Barack Obama and his family were inside at the time.
Hurricane suffered injuries in the attack that led to his retirement in 2016 … though in his retirement he helped train other service animals.
Marshall’s not letting Hurricane’s memory fade, BTW … he’s started a charity effort to subsidize veterinary care for retired police and military dogs — it’s called Hurricane’s Heroes, and he talks about it in depth during our conversation.
