Italian fashion group BasicNet, owner among others of Robe di Kappa and footwear brand Superga, has reported a consolidated revenue of €172.6 million for H1 2025, down 0.7% compared to the same period last year. EBITDA was €15.1 million, down 14.2%.

The products sold by BasicNet’s brands generated an aggregate revenue of €567.1 million in H1, equivalent to a 4.3% increase. Of this revenue, €392.7 million (up 0.6%) derived from sales by the brands’ commercial and direct licensees, while €174.4 million (up 13.7%) resulted from sales by the brands’ manufacturing licensees.
Sales by commercial and direct licensees grew 5.2% in Europe, accounting for approximately 79.7% of aggregate sales. Commercial results in all other regions were instead negative: Asia and Oceania lost 3.6%, the Middle East and Africa lost 5.8%, and the Americas lost 33.3%.
The group’s net financial position with banks, including the impact of BasicNet’s end-of-February sale of a stake of approximately 40% in K-Way S.p.A, was positive for €26.3 million, compared to the minus €90.8 million reported as of December 31 2024. The group’s overall net financial position improved from minus €142 million as of December 31 2024 to minus €32.6 million as of June 30 2025.
