Gene Hackman and his wife were inside their home, not moving … and the sight of them got the 911 caller very emotional, TMZ has learned.

We’ve obtained the audio of the 911 call that led to police discovering the bodies of Hackman and Betsy Arakawa … and, an unnamed caretaker of the area can be heard frantically pleading for the dispatcher to send someone to the house.

The call starts with the caretaker, whose name is redacted, saying he believes they’ve just stumbled across one or two dead bodies — he seems unsure at the time of the call — and they need immediate assistance.

As you know … Gene and his wife were found dead in their home Wednesday afternoon — though the sheriff’s office didn’t announce their deaths until later in the evening.

Santa Fe detectives applied for a search warrant to thoroughly investigate the house after the bodies were discovered … and, in it, a detective wrote he believes “the death of the two deceased individuals to be suspicious enough in nature to require a thorough search and investigation because the reporting party found the front door of the residence unsecured and opened, deputies observed a healthy dog running loose on the property, another healthy dog near the deceased female, a deceased dog laying 10-15 feet from the deceased female in a closet of the bathroom, the heater being moved, the pill bottle being opened and pills scattered next to the female, the male decedent being located in a separate room of the residence, and no obvious signs of a gas leak.”

Pills were strewn about the counter and a space heater was found near Betsy’s body, which authorities say showed some signs of mummification. Hackman was found nearby and appears to have fallen based on where his sunglasses were next to him.

Hackman was 95 and Arakawa was 63.

Newly sworn-in FBI Director Kash Patel wants his org to kick some serious ass … with reports stating he’s considering bringing in UFC trainers to work with agents!!

According to Reuters, Patel suggested the idea in a video conference with supervisors on Wednesday. In the call, he proposed establishing a formal relationship with Dana White‘s promotion to fine-tune agents’ self-defense skills.

The idea may seem a bit odd … and that’s how it’s being received by at least a few agents, who said it was “surreal” and “wacky,” according to the outlet.

Unclear if UFC’s interested in the partnership … but White would seemingly be on board, as he’s a big supporter and friend of President Donald J. Trump.

In fact, POTUS has hit up plenty of UFC events during his time … including an outing at 302 at the Prudential Center back in June, which was met with a roaring ovation.

That being said, Patel’s dream could certainly become a reality with one phone call.

Some police departments have had similar help from combat sports … using Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to work on grappling techniques to help officers detain criminals.

One source pointed out to the outlet that agents already get training for physical altercations … so some see it as a flashy way to get Trump’s buddies involved.

The man pardoned by President Donald Trump for his January 6 crimes was caught on camera threatening to shoot himself after getting into a heated altercation with a sheriff’s deputy who ended up firing several rounds, killing the man.

Check out the video … the incident went down on January 26 when Matthew Huttle was pulled over by a deputy in Jasper County, Indiana, for going 70 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, according to law enforcement.

The Jasper County Sheriff’s deputy gets out of his patrol vehicle and approaches Huttle, who emerges from his SUV. The deputy explains to Huttle that he’s a “habitual traffic violator with a suspended license” and is going to be arrested after his speeding infraction.
