Best known in the UK as a London-based fragrance house, Arabian Oud is marking the brand’s Northern debut and second location outside of the capital with its arrival at Redical-operated Victoria Leeds.
Signing for a 815 sq ft in Victoria Gate, Arabian Oud will launch its new store concept, highlighting the brand’s emphasis on “Arabian heritage, luxury, and sophistication”.
This is reflected in a minimalistic store design, elevated with marble details and a striking palm tree centrepiece paying homage to its “natural heritage and enduring symbolism”.
Stocking over 400 products across fragrances, oils, incense, home scents, and hair formulations, Ralph Bou Nader, GM at Arabian Oud International, said its “first store in the North is a key moment in our brand history, and with plans to launch our new design concept, it was imperative that we select the ideal location.”
Rachel Bradburn, head of Leasing at Redical, added that the signing “follows a string of stellar new brands and regional debuts at Victoria Leeds, and further amplifies that our momentum is only growing.
“Arabian Oud’s heritage and prestige perfectly resonate with our customers’ desire for premium, experience-led retail. This addition to our health and beauty offer is distinctly unique, bringing with it the promise of a luxurious and immersive experience that we cannot wait to welcome.”
The signing also follows the news that Belstaff has made its city debut at Victoria Leeds, opening into a 2,259 sq ft space in the Victoria Quarter, extending the destination’s menswear offer alongside Barbour, Hawes & Curtis, and Ralph Lauren.
