Entertainment mogul David Geffen has filed for divorce, to end his less-than-2-year marriage.

David married David Armstrong, aka Donovan Michaels — a name he used when he performed as a go-go dancer — 1 year, 11 months ago.

David, with the help of Disso Queen Laura Wasser, cited irreconcilable differences for the split.

Geffen, who Forbes says is worth $8.7 BILLION, has amassed a fortune over the years, so it would seem Armstrong would be looking at a pile of cash. But Geffen has been retired for 15 years and has no income other than stocks and other equities, which are all separate property. Under California law, dividends from stocks that are separate property are also separate property, so it seems Armstrong won’t get much, if anything, in the way of cash.

Geffen has been extremely philanthropic, giving away a ton of money over the years.

Armstrong will get spousal support, but only for 1 year. Under Cali law, the receiving spouse gets spousal support for 1/2 the length of the marriage. The amount of spousal support was not listed on the divorce document.

Audio from former President Joe Biden‘s interview in a damning special counsel report about his memory struggles is now out in the ether … and it further shows Biden’s memory lapses.

Axios just released a portion of Biden’s interview with former special counsel Robert Hur … the clip is from a since-shuttered investigation into BIden’s handling of classified documents, in which Hur concluded Biden was a “well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.”

Biden was president at the time of the interview … and he had trouble recalling dates and other important events … namely, the year his son Beau died.

In the clip, Biden also has trouble recalling when he left office as vice president and when Donald Trump was elected. The audio is from October 2023, when Biden was nearly 3 years into his presidency.

The transcript from the interview was previously released, but this is the first time we’re getting to hear Biden in the audio.

As we reported … Biden was asked about Hur calling out his “faulty memory” in February 2024 … and he got feisty with reporters.

The first week of testimony in the Diddy trial is in the books … and Cassie is finally off the stand.

The singer testified Friday for the fourth straight day, starting off with cross-examination from Diddy’s defense team … and lots of texts were read to jurors, including one where Cassie told Diddy she wasn’t a “rag doll” after the hotel beating incident.

Cassie also referenced an affair she had with an NFL player and told his defense she didn’t hate Diddy and actually had love for their past.

For the first time, Diddy’s defense raised the possibility that he suffers from bipolar disorder … and they showed warm text exchanges between Diddy and Cassie after she claimed he raped her, with the messages being sent while she was dating her now-husband Alex Fine.

Cassie revealed she needed therapy for PTSD and traumatic memories … and when the prosecution got to ask her questions when the cross-examination ended, she closed some loops … namely one about Diddy threatening to release a sex tape if she didn’t go along with a freak off.

She said she was expecting a $10 million settlement from the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles, where Diddy assaulted her on surveillance video.

When she was finally done testifying, Cassie put out a statement saying it was challenging and empowering taking the stand each day … and her husband revealed how he felt during some of her graphic details of her life with Diddy.

The jury seemed exhausted by all the Cassie testimony, but perked up when new witnesses were called.

The first was Department of Homeland Security agent Yasin Binda … who testified how agents found baby oil, lubricant, drugs and cash stashed all over Diddy’s New York hotel room after his September 2024 arrest. Some of the drugs seized were shown to jurors.

Diddy defense attorney Teny Geragos asked Binda if there was any indication a woman was staying in the hotel room and Binda said yes.
