One of Andrew Tate‘s girlfriends says he nearly choked her unconscious during a violent sexual encounter 2 weeks ago, prompting her to report the alleged incident to police … TMZ has learned.
Bri Stern filed a sexual assault report and she claims Andrew attacked her on March 11 while they were staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel … according to sources with direct knowledge.
She’s told police Tate began choking her while they were having sex, but it got too rough, and although she begged him to stop, he kept going. Bri says the more she struggled, the more violent he got … and she felt everything getting fuzzy, like she was fading into unconsciousness.
Bri says the violence only stopped when Tate was done having sex, and once he fell asleep … she went to the bathroom to document her injuries. TMZ has obtained pics showing bruising on her face. Bri says she went to an emergency room in NYC — where she’d flown for work — a couple days later, and documents show she was diagnosed as “post-concussive.”
Andrew and his brother Tristan returned to Romania last weekend for a court date in their organized crime case — and we’re told it wasn’t until Andrew left the country that Bri felt safe enough to go to police and file a report.
TMZ also obtained screenshots of alleged text messages between Andrew and Bri … and he talks about beating her.
We also obtained a photo of Andrew with Kanye West … and we’re told they posed for the photo together in L.A. on March 10 … only hours before the alleged choking incident between Andrew and Stern.
Andrew took the photo with Kanye the same night Kim Kardashian yanked North West out of Kanye’s recording studio after Ye invited the Tate brothers to join them.
Our sources say Bri and Andrew met last June when she went to Romania for a modeling gig and they started dating. We’re told Andrew was verbally abusive and threatening during the relationship, but the alleged choking incident was the first time he got physically violent.
We’re told Andrew had signaled to Brianna that he wanted to, essentially, pimp her out on OnlyFans … and since the alleged incident she’s blocked him on all social media and messaging platforms.
As you know … Andrew and Tristan were arrested back in 2022 for allegedly creating a criminal organization in Romania, and Andrew’s been charged with rape in that country. They’re also both facing sexual assault lawsuits in the U.S. and the UK. They have not been convicted of any crimes.
We reached out to the Beverly Hills Police Department … they declined to comment.

Our real estate sources tell us Raquel’s Bel Air mansion was just sold to British horror film producer Justin Hyne for $3.1 million.

Ja Morant might not care if he gets punished for his gun-themed celebrations … but one former NBA great is pleading with the Memphis Grizzlies star to leave the safety on his controversial gesture — telling TMZ Sports he’s “ruining his career.”
We spoke with Spencer Haywood out at LAX shortly after 25-year-old Morant was fined for his on-court antics … and he had a strong message for the two-time All-Star and his inner circle.

“The people that are around him are not advising him right,” Haywood said. “He’s ruining his career, he’s ruining his family’s life, and his team most importantly, he’s letting them all down. So, I’m just disappointed in Ja.”
Haywood knows a thing or two about being among the NBA’s best — he was a four-time All-Star during his 12-year career and won a championship with the Los Angeles Lakers in 1980.
He added there’s “no excuse” for using the gun celebration when Morant has a history of being suspended for real firearms — especially ’cause young kids look up to him.
Haywood — who said he knows Morant personally — is so passionate about it, he wants to address Ja directly about it all … and mentioned he might be going to Memphis on behalf of the league to talk some sense into him.
Despite his strong stance, Haywood believes Morant can turn it around and put the drama behind him.
The Grizzlies play the Detroit Pistons on Saturday afternoon … and all eyes will likely be on Morant once again — especially Haywood’s — to see if he triples down on his celly.

Soccer Coach Questioned …
Busted For Unrelated Sexual Assault

A soccer coach who a California family says was the last person who had contact with their dead son is a person of interest in the boy’s disappearance and was arrested on an unrelated sexual assault case … TMZ has confirmed.
Missing 13-year-old boy Oscar Omar Hernandez was found dead in a ditch earlier this week in Oxnard and his family says he was last seen with his soccer coach, 43-year-old Mario Edgardo Garcia Aquino.
Our law enforcement sources tell us … Aquino was questioned by cops and was arrested … but not for Oscar’s death or disappearance.
Instead, we’re told Aquino was busted by LAPD detectives on a warrant from an unrelated sexual assault case that was previously investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Aquino is facing one count of assault with intent to commit another felony, which prosecutors allege was the attempted rape, sodomy or oral copulation of a man for the 2024 sexual assault case … according to NBC4, which was first to report Aquino’s arrest.
The alleged sexual assault reportedly went down in February 2024 … with LASD’s Special Victims Bureau investigating.
Oscar’s body was found in Oxnard but he’s from the San Fernando Valley in L.A.
Our law enforcement sources tell us there was also a 2022 sex case against Aquino but the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office did not file criminal charges.
