Outrage is brewing over a police shooting in Idaho … video shows a group of officers shooting a teen armed with a knife, but the boy’s family says he’s nonverbal, autistic and suffers from cerebral palsy.

The incident happened in Pocatello … with cops shooting 17-year-old Victor Perez 9 times in the yard outside his home, leaving him in critical condition … according to the Associated Press, which also reports Perez had to have a leg amputated.

Video of the Saturday shooting went viral … sparking protests outside Pocatello PD. Folks say they’re questioning why the 4 officers who responded to the scene appeared to be trigger-happy and didn’t make much of an effort to de-escalate the situation before unleashing a hail of bullets.

The teen’s aunt told KIFI-TV police didn’t ask what was going on when they arrived … and she says Victor can hardly walk and has the brain of a 5-year-old.

Cops say they responded after getting a 911 call reporting a domestic disturbance involving a person wielding a knife who appeared to be intoxicated. The boy’s family says he was NOT intoxicated and staggers when he walks due to his cerebral palsy.

Based on the video, it only took about 12 seconds for police to shoot Perez after they got to his family’s home.

Pocatello Police Chief Roger Schei says officers make decisions in seconds and assess threats. He says in this shooting, “two individuals were within a few feet of an armed, noncompliant individual. The risk was immediate, and the situation rapidly evolving.”

Ally Lewber says Lisa Vanderpump had an oddly maternal grip on her ex, James Kennedy — so much so, she claims LVP actually pushed her to rekindle things with him after his domestic violence arrest late last year.

Appearing on the “Viall Files” podcast, Ally dished on a bizarre phone call she got from Lisa about a month after the incident — claiming LVP told her James needed her and tried to convince her they were actually “really good together.”

Ally claimed Lisa was urging her to travel with James to his DJ gigs that weekend — which left her totally confused, since as far as she knew, he didn’t have any shows booked … you know, on account of being canceled.

Ally said the conversation left her feeling conflicted, and made her question everything — including whether breaking up with James was the right call.

But clearly, Lisa’s words didn’t stick, and Ally made it clear she had just moved into an apartment by herself and was not getting back together with James.

Young Buck is back in a familiar spot … a jail cell in Tennessee — this time, it’s over some missed meetings with his bond supervisor.

The G-Unit rapper was booked into jail Monday afternoon in Sumner County for 30 days, as seen in online records.

Eric Mauldin, Assistant District Attorney for Sumner County, TN, tells TMZ … Young Buck was supposed to meet twice a month with his supervisor while on bond supervision, with GPS monitoring, for two cases — a drug case and a domestic violence case.

After that, there’ll be another hearing to reconsider his bond, and decide whether any bond should be set.

Young Buck is no stranger to jail time … he was arrested in Nashville in February 2022 and booked on a vandalism charge for allegedly kicking the crap out of his girlfriend’s car.

We broke the stories … Young Buck spent a weekend in federal lockup in August 2016 after prosecutors claimed he violated his probation, when he got arrested and jailed a few weeks earlier — after cops in Tennessee claimed he threatened to burn down his ex-girlfriend’s apartment.
