Andrew Tate is strongly denying allegations from a woman who claims he violently choked her during a sexual encounter 2 weeks ago … leading to her filing a police report.
Tate’s legal team tells TMZ … “Andrew Tate vehemently rejects this outrageous allegation and will relentlessly pursue legal action against anyone involved in spreading this blatant falsehood.”
As we reported … Bri Stern filed a sexual assault report with police, claiming Andrew attacked her on March 11 while they were staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Photos obtained by TMZ show bruising on Bri’s face, which she claims is a direct result of Tate’s violent behavior during sex.
However, Tate’s legal team is addressing the photos head-on, telling us … “Once again, we witness the media recklessly publishing a one-sided narrative, disregarding the most fundamental facts. The photos? Not taken in the Beverly Hills Hotel bathroom. They weren’t even snapped at night. No bruising. No evidence whatsoever.”
Tate’s team goes on to say Bri’s “sensational claim” is coming from someone who “chose to spend multiple nights with Andrew and then grew angry with him when he did not fly her to New York City on a private jet.”
That said … our sources tell us Bri traveled to New York on a work trip just days after her sexual encounter with Tate, where she went to the emergency room and was diagnosed as “post-concussive.”
Tate’s team is also responding to screenshots TMZ obtained of alleged texts between Andrew and Bri — where he talks about beating her — saying … “As for the supposed text messages — no verification, no metadata, nothing. In an era where AI can generate entire conversations in seconds, it’s impressive how quickly unverified screenshots become ‘evidence’ when they suit the narrative.”
They argue Tate’s account of what happened with Bri will not align with “the desired narrative,” adding, “It’s far simpler to run with a sensational headline than to confront the truth.”
Andrew’s team concludes, “The Tates have become the quintessential villains in media fabrication, and while this may create convenient clickbait, it won’t withstand scrutiny in reality — or in a courtroom.”

Lyle says the word hope is new for them, and Erik says he’s striving to be a better person every day and finally beginning to like himself — but the key for them will be whether the California parole board finds they no longer pose a danger to society.
The brothers are going in front of the board in June … but when we spoke to them, it was clear they were already getting their hopes up, as they told us how they envision their lives if they ever regain their freedom.
CA Governor Gavin Newsom says the parole board will finalize its risk assessment and send it to his desk after the June 13 hearing, and he’ll consider the findings when deciding whether to grant clemency to Erik and Lyle.
The Menendez brothers have another path to freedom too … Newsom says the risk assessment will also be sent to the judge for possible resentencing, and a lighter sentence could spring them from prison based on time served.

Conor McGregor just copped an insanely expensive Rolls Royce Phantom … with an eye-popping price tag of over $1.3 MILLION!!!
The UFC superstar hit up Instagram to show off the new ride this week, and it’s sweeeeeeeet!
As for the specs of the whip, we’re told the black Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII Diamond Edition features a V12 engine with a whopping 571 horsepower and a max speed of 155 mph.
In fact, the Phantom goes 0-60 in just over 5 seconds … super fast for such a big and heavy vehicle.
The interior of the RR is decked out in all-black … with a bunch of race-inspired features like sport pedals and a steering wheel. The RR also has a special lighting kit, in addition to a gang of other features.
The exterior of the Phantom — customized by Mansory — features big 24″ black-painted wheels, a carbon fiber rear bumper, a roof and rear spoiler, and an illuminated ambient grill. It’s also got a sports exhaust system, and the suspension has been lowered.

All those features don’t come cheap … we’re told the car is worth over $1.3 million!
But, Conor loves nice things (see his Lambo yacht), and he’s got the money.
The UFC superstar has earned hundreds of millions of dollars in his career … cashing big paychecks from his fights, as well as his lucrative business ventures away from the Octagon.
The purchase comes amid McGregor’s foray into politics … with The Notorious recently announcing his intent to run for president of Ireland.
