Irv Gotti passed away after suffering a “massive hemorrhagic stroke,” and his health issues were compounded by never going to the doctor … so says his brother.

Chris Lorenzo — Gotti’s older brother — stopped by the “2way” podcast to talk about his little bro … and, he revealed Irv was eating Chinese food and playing poker with friends one night when he suffered the medical emergency.

According to the National Institute of Health, a hemorrhagic stroke is one which occurs when a blood vessel in the brain bursts causing bleeding.

As we told you … Irv passed away earlier this month — about six months after he suffered a stroke partially caused by diabetes.

Gotti was open about his struggle to take insulin … though he did say he was trying to change his diet in order to take better care of himself.

Gotti’s family announced the news in a touching statement … writing, he was surrounded by friends and family when he passed and he was “leaving behind a legacy that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him and the countless lives he touched.”

His funeral was held just last week … and dozens of the biggest names in hip hop and R&B — from Jay-Z and Fat Joe to Ja Rule and Ashanti — showed up to pay their respects.

Khloe Kardashian is willing to live in a lavender haze … ’cause she raised her hand about taking part in lavender marriage — a union where a woman knowingly marries a gay man.

Here’s the deal … recently AJ Dronkers — a social media influencer — posted a video where he argued the world should bring back lavender marriages. If you don’t know a lavender marriage is one where one or both parties are gay but present as heterosexual, and they marry to avoid social stigma or persecution.

You can watch the video for yourself … but, it seems Khloe’s already seen it — ’cause she posted a bunch of hand-raised emojis.

As you know, Khloe’s been married once before … to former NBA standout Lamar Odom from 2009 to 2016 though the two reportedly split after rumors of infidelity and his drug use.

She was then with Tristan Thompson on and off from 2016 to 2021 — though their last reconciliation ended when it came out that Thompson was welcoming a child with another woman.

Justin Bieber is calling BS on reports and social media speculation that he’s using hard drugs … claiming he’s not high on substances — but, just on life!

A rep for the Biebers tell TMZ … the recurring narrative that Justin is using hard drugs is absolutely not true.

Instead, we’re told JB is simply in one of the best places in his life … actively parenting his newborn son with Hailey, working on new music — and getting excited for his 31st birthday later this week.

Justin received a lot of criticism about his look when he was photographed in New York earlier this month … appearing red-eyed with dark circles around his eyes, and making fans wonder if drugs might have caused it.

According to our sources, JB hadn’t slept because he had been recording all night which is why he looked a bit worse for wear when he stepped out to get some fresh air. He’d also spent part of the evening caring for his son who was having trouble falling asleep as well.

A video of Justin interacting with a fan at the Rhode pop-up in Los Angeles on Thursday has also been scrutinized with many claiming he was under the influence at the event. We’re told despite speculation, Justin wasn’t high, and he was just having a nice, giggly interaction with a big fan while supporting his wife.

Of course, many online started side-eyeing Bieber’s look because of his past history with drugs and alcohol. The singer has been very open about smoking marijuana at a young age before moving on to much harder drugs … admitting his security team would have to come into his room at night to check his pulse at times.

Justin got sober more than a decade ago in 2014 … and, while he drinks alcohol socially, he’s managed to stop using prescription pills and other strong substances.
