Diddy Sex Worker Wants To Tell Feds About “Freak-Off” … Attorneys Say
Published
The male sex worker who just sued Diddy for an alleged sexual assault during a “Freak Off” now wants to help federal prosecutors in the criminal case against the disgraced music mogul, TMZ has learned.
The man’s attorneys, Eric M. Baum and Adriana Alcalde, tell TMZ… “Our client is willing to cooperate with federal prosecutors in connection with the Diddy criminal case. It seems like this situation with our client is the pattern known as a ‘Freak Off’ described by the U.S. Attorney.”
According to the lawsuit filed Wednesday by the “John Doe” escort, Diddy contacted the companion service the escort worked for in Florida — and traveled to NYC to have sex with Diddy and his female companion in a room at the InterContinental Hotel.
During their sexual encounter, the trio allegedly engaged in behavior similar to what federal prosecutors describe as a “Freak Off” in Diddy’s original indictment.
The escort says Diddy ordered him to give oral sex to the woman for hours while performing degrading sex acts on her. Our sources say the woman is a high-profile witness connected to the Diddy criminal case.
What’s more, the escort says Diddy drugged him with a bottle of water and/or baby oil rubbed on his body, causing him to lose control of himself.

The escort says he went to the bathroom, but Diddy followed him inside and anally sodomized him. He says Diddy then said, “If I can get Pac hit, what the f*** do you think can happen to you?” which prompted him to keep his mouth shut.
Worth noting … in the criminal indictment, there is no allegation Diddy ever assaulted or sodomized a male escort or drugged one with a water bottle or baby oil.
We’re told Diddy wanted the sex worker to stay in the room for a long time, just like a “Freak Off,” which the feds allege sometimes lasted for days.

Our sources also say the escort did not see Diddy record the sexual activity as is common in alleged “Freak Offs” — although he didn’t rule out that Diddy surreptitiously videotaped the session.
Diddy’s legal team tells TMZ … “No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
We reached out to the federal prosecutor’s office investigating the Diddy case … so far no word back.
Kourtney Kardashian Protesting Local Disposal of Wildfire Debris Kendra Wilkinson Joins!!!
Published
Kourtney Kardashian is the queen of wellness, so it only makes sense she’d be front and center in a fight over her town at a Calabasas Landfill protest.
The reality star walked the talk, joining fellow locals Thursday — including Kendra Wilkinson — to fight against dumping debris from January’s Palisades fires in a landfill just outside city limits.
They made their opinions loud and clear, protesting the hazardous waste and toxic ash deposited in a nearby disposal site, which poses an ongoing health threat to residents … and it’s dangerously close to an elementary school.
Kourtney and company were out with powerful signs like “Don’t Poison My Playground!” and “Calabasas Is Not an Ashtray,” as tension reached a boiling point. Sheriff’s deputies were on the scene, and one man was even arrested.
This all came after L.A. County Superior Court Judge Stephen Goorvitch denied a request for a temporary restraining order that would’ve stopped ash from being dumped in Calabasas.
But it looks like the fight will keep going, with locals continuing to push for the toxic waste to be taken to desert spaces farther away.
Menendez Brothers Family Fires Back at L.A. Prosecutor

Updated
The Menendez brothers‘ family has a lot of hope after Governor Gavin Newsom spoke about the brothers’ case … though they’re still disappointed after L.A. County District Attorney Nathan Hochman‘s recent comments on Erik and Lyle‘s case.
The Justice for Erik and Lyle Coalition — a group led by Menendez family members pushing for their release — held a virtual press conference Thursday where they addressed key facts about Erik and Lyle’s case and responded to statements made by L.A.’s top prosecutor.
Anamaria Baralt — Erik and Lyle’s cousin — kicked off the comments … saying Governor Newsom calling on the Board of Parole Hearings to conduct a “risk assessment investigation” is a huge sigh of relief for the family, which is excited to hear someone in power is paying attention to Erik and Lyle’s plight.
That said, Baralt also took D.A. Hochman to task … calling it dangerous to present a 1990s narrative about sexual abuse trauma — one where victims are questioned about their response to the trauma.
Last week, D.A. Hochman said the Menendez brothers’ alleged sexual abuse and two pieces of new evidence — the letter Erik wrote to his cousin detailing the alleged abuse and testimony by a member of the band Menudo claiming he was also abused by Jose — does not mean Erik and Lyle deserve a new trial.
Goodell and Baralt also hit back at Hochman’s criticism of the letter Erik sent to his cousin Andy Cano … saying it would be litigated fully in court — but, people need to remember Andy was a kid when he received the letter, and he might not have known what to do with it.
Erik & Lyle’s cousin Tamara Goodell said the family’s relationship with former District Attorney George Gascón was much different than the one they have with Hochman … and called not hearing about the positive contribution the Menendez brothers have made in the prison system from D.A. Hochman incredibly disheartening. Baralt said it was incredibly hurtful because they spoke to Hochman just weeks ago about their generational trauma.

We spoke with the D.A. earlier this week on “TMZ Live” … and, he acknowledged that evidence of the alleged abuse could be taken into consideration by a judge at the resentencing hearing next month — it just doesn’t change anything on his end.
He also says he listened to snippets of our “2 Angry Men” podcast where Harvey Levin and the brothers’ lawyer Mark Geragos talked at length with Erik and Lyle. Hochman says his team will review the show in full in the coming weeks.
BTW … this isn’t the first time the Menendez fam has fired off at the D.A.’s comments. In the immediate aftermath of Hochman’s press conference, the family released a statement accusing Hochman of silencing survivors of sexual abuse.
The Justice for Erik and Lyle Coalition was formed late last year to advocate for the release of the brothers … despite the fact that their two victims — Jose and Kitty Menendez — were obviously also members of the family.
As we told you, California Governor Gavin Newsom has asked the state’s parole board to conduct a risk-assessment investigation into the effects of the potential release of the siblings. Newsom already has a clemency petition on his desk, so it seems the decision on whether to free Erik and Lyle is now squarely in his hands.
Gene Hackman Full Autopsy Report For ‘Suspicious’ Deaths Will Take Weeks
Published
It’ll be a while before we get the full story on Gene Hackman, his wife Betsy, and their dog’s suspicious deaths — ’cause TMZ has learned that even with the initial autopsy, the final report will take a few more weeks.
Sources tell TMZ that after the autopsy is done by the New Mexico Office of the Medical Investigator, it’ll take 4 to 6 weeks for toxicology and other tests to come through before the final report is issued.
Authorities have been super puzzled over their deaths — making a note of how Gene’s front door to his NM property was open when they entered for the search warrant of their house.
They noted how Betsy was found in the bathroom along with a space heater and pills — and it looked like she had been dead for a while. Her body was in a state of decomposition, with facial bloating and mummification in her hands and feet.
What’s more, the heater was right next to her corpse, and the pills were scattered nearby. Police say Gene was found in a separate room.
The deceased German Shepherd was found 10 to 15 feet from Betsy, while two other dogs were found alive and healthy — one inside the house and the other outside.

The fire department checked the scene and said they didn’t find any signs of a carbon monoxide leak or poisoning.
But once the final report is in, we’ll get some more answers — and the mystery will finally be solved.
