Communications and strategy firm ADELE is expanding with two new hires who bring deep experience in public affairs, operations and campaign management.
Sierra Dean, a former Deputy Press Secretary to Gov. Ron DeSantis, joins ADELE as director of Strategic Initiatives. Martha Gautier, former vice president at Palladian Partners, comes aboard as an associate director, overseeing project management and operational strategy.
Founder and CEO Lauren Wootton said the hires reflect ADELE’s continued growth following its expansion earlier this year, when the firm rebranded from Adele Creative.

Dean, recently recognized by INFLUENCE Magazine as a Rising Star in Florida Politics, will lead firmwide projects and regional marketing and communications strategies.
At the Governor’s Office, she managed media relations and coordinated statewide press events. Her background also includes roles with the Florida State Guard, the Florida Department of Education and U.S. Sen. Rick Scott’s Office. She serves as a combat medic in the Florida Army National Guard.
Gautier brings more than two decades of experience leading large-scale national communications and public engagement initiatives. At Palladian Partners, she managed a multimillion-dollar portfolio of federal health projects for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, including work with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health.
Her earlier career at Ketchum Public Relations included leading multicultural and government outreach campaigns that earned national recognition from PRSA, SABRE, MarCom and AVA Digital Awards.
