KISS along with OG members Peter Criss and Paul Stanley are remembering Ace Frehley, the band’s original lead guitarist, following his heartbreaking death Thursday.

Check out Peter’s touching tribute shared on his website — he confirmed he was with his “brother” along with his wife and Ace’s family when he died peacefully in a hospital, where he had been on life support after suffering a brain bleed.

He also applauded Ace’s legendary career, writing … “As a founding member of the rock group KISS and in Ace’s solo career, Ace influenced and touched the hearts of millions of people. His legacy will live on in the music industry and in the hearts of the KISS Army.”

Paul, meanwhile, took to social media to share his favorite picture with his late bandmate and recall a fond story of his incredible guitar skills.

KISS — which Ace helped form in 1973 with Peter, Paul and Gene Simmons — said they are “devastated” by the loss, noting … “He was an essential and irreplaceable rock soldier during some of the most formative foundational chapters of the band and its history.”

Gene and Paul memorialized the iconic guitarist with the same statement to TMZ Thursday night as tributes from the rock world poured in.

We broke the tragic news Thursday — Ace was hospitalized and breathing through a ventilator after taking a serious fall in the studio, which caused a brain bleed. His family took him off life support, after which he passed surrounded by loved ones.

Ace is the first original member of KISS to die. He was 74 years old.

‘Most Trusted Man in America’ Chopped It Up With Epstein

Walter Cronkite, who was once regarded as “the most trusted man in America” when he was anchoring the evening news on CBS, is pictured with Jeffrey Epstein in new photos released by the feds.

The photos show the legendary newsman — who anchored such historical events as the JFK assassination and moon landing — sitting in a room with Epstein and an unidentified man. Walter is leaning forward in an armchair, talking with Epstein and the other guy, who is seated on a couch.

In between the men is a tray of food and drink and a bunch of magazines spread out across some ottomans.

There is nothing risqué or questionable going on … and no one else is in the photos.

CBS News claims the photos appear to be from 2007, when Walter was 90, a couple years before his death.

If the photo is indeed from 2007, that’s significant … because it was in 2008 when Epstein pleaded guilty to state charges of solicitation of prostitution and of solicitation of prostitution with a minor under the age of 18. Obviously, there is nothing to suggest Cronkite had any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes.

The DOJ released a bunch of Epstein Files documents Friday, and famous faces we’ve seen so far include Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey, Michael Jackson, and Diana Ross.

Bombshells will likely be cropping up for days after a massive dump of Epstein Files began to be released Friday … and now we have some high-profile names never-before associated with the disgraced financier.

In a new pic released by the U.S. Department of Justice … Michael Jackson and Diana Ross are pictured on a plane with Bill Clinton and another person whose face is redacted.

It’s not known whose plane they were on or where they were going.

While Diana and Bill flash smiles, Michael stares blankly with Bill’s hand draped over the King Of Pop’s shoulder.

As you know … Michael Jackson was embattled by accusations of child molestation before he died in 2009.

Previously, we’ve reported on images showing former President Clinton in a hot tub with an unknown female and Jeffrey Epstein cozying up to a young female on a sofa.

TMZ is digging through the thousands of documents released Friday … and the ones we’ve seen so far may just be the tip of the iceberg.
