Tara Reid is explaining why she’s convinced someone slipped something into her drink that knocked her out … and she says she’s fortunate she wasn’t raped.
The “American Pie” star joined us on “TMZ Live” Monday and took us through her harrowing night in Chicago … she says her drink was spiked at a hotel bar.

We have video of Tara in a wheelchair in the hotel lobby and on a stretcher on her way to the hospital … she says folks at the hospital told her she was “drugged.”
Thing is, Tara says the explanation she got at the hospital was all very “vague” … telling us she didn’t bother to ask what kind of drug laid her out for several hours.
Tara says she went down to the bar around 10:30 PM Saturday and was in the hospital around midnight, and woke up 8 hours later … but in the videos we have of her at the hotel, she’s slouched in a wheelchair around 12:30 AM Sunday and is on a stretcher being loaded into an ambulance just before 1 AM.
She estimated her drink was allegedly spiked about 30 minutes after she got to the bar … telling us she left the glass at the bar to go outside for a smoke. When she came back, she says there was a napkin covering her glass — she says she didn’t put it there — and she removed the napkin and drank her wine.
Tara’s had well-documented substance abuse issues in the past … but she insists she only had one glass of wine at the hotel before she woke up in a hospital bed.
Worth noting … folks who were there tell us in their limited interaction with Tara at the hotel bar, she seemed fine, but things went downhill fast — and her behavior changed rapidly after the bar closed up and folks took the party out into the lobby.
Tara mentions there were a bunch of YouTubers in the hotel filming when she was there … and she says she’s considering filing a police report to get to the bottom of what happened.
It’s interesting to hear Tara’s recollection, and she tells us why at one point she thought she was in Mexico … catch the full interview on “TMZ Live.”

“Too Hot To Handle” star Madison Wyborny and Leah Peters from “Big Brother 26” just had a pretty scary encounter, watching a stranger walk onto their property … but they’re keeping a sense of humor about it.
So here’s what happened … Law enforcement sources tell us LAPD responded to a trespassing call at the ladies’ residence around 1:20 AM today.
We’re told the suspect, described as a Black male holding a white blanket, was seen entering the property through a gate and was later spotted on the upstairs balcony.
The trespass suspect was detained but then released, sources tell us … and the girls captured a lot of it on camera.
Madison posted a screenshot of her home’s Ring camera footage, showing someone at the front of their property, writing, “Waking up in the middle of the night to a homeless person coming to camp out in your backyard ahahaha LA sh*t woo.”
Leah, on the other hand, shared video of police surveying the outside of their home, writing, “I ♥️ LA (constantly in a state of fear😍) (don’t worry we’re fine).”
Guess it’s like they say … no harm, no foul. Stay safe out there, y’all!

“Get Real With Me” host Alix Earle lived up to her YouTube series name Tuesday night … the influencer used her TikTok followers as an emotional-support boyfriend following her breakup from Braxton Berrios.
Turning the camera on herself mid-spiral, she announced, “I’m just going to start talking to you guys like you’re my boyfriend.”
As you know, Alix and Braxton split last month after 2 years together. Since then, she’s been committed to remaining single for a while … and it’s apparently been rough.
She admitted, “I can’t sleep right now … I feel like just not having that stability of a male partner — or just even someone to talk to or distract me — is just so weird.”
In the video, Alix describes herself as a serial “boyfriend hopper,” which has made it tough for her to be okay with flying solo.
“This is, like, growth or something but I’m sad … it just makes life feel so lonely,” she said, before clarifying she’s thankful she does have family and friends to lean on.
After letting out her tears, Alix finished on a more positive note with a message to help other people going through a similar struggle … “If you’re also feeling weird, you’re not alone.”
The post garnered a ton of support from fans and friends like Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia and none other than Paris Hilton.
Paris wrote, “I know it hurts but I promise you, it gets better. Stay strong and keep shining.”
Chickenfry added, “Forcing myself to be alone for the past year and a half was the best decision I’ve ever made. You’ve got this.”
