French Montana might not have time for a lawsuit right now … but, two men from Switzerland don’t care — ’cause they say he stole their watch!
Justo Obiang and Samir Gato filed the suit against French on Thursday … claiming they met the rapper after a 2015 show in Geneva, Switzerland.
The two men say they stayed in contact over the years … and, in 2024, Obiang and Gato say they made plans to meet up with French in Egypt. Before Montana got there, Obiang and Gato claim he asked to trade watches with Obiang — who refused.
After Obiang and Gato say they wouldn’t trade watches with Montana, they claim French asked to borrow it for 30 days for Paris Fashion Week, but he promised to return it. They say French even gave them a watch he said was worth more than $1 million as collateral.
Ultimately, Obiang and Gato say they never got the watch back despite repeated attempts … and, they’re also alleging the watch French gave them as collateral is actually counterfeit.

Montana’s attorney Steve Haddad tells TMZ … these claims are untrue and he plans to countersue Obiang and Gato.
Montana claims he went to Egypt because Justo convinced him to go, where he did multiple days’ worth of media appearances and social media postings … and, he accepted the watch as payment.
1:05 PM PT — Sources close to the couple tell TMZ they have NOT broken up and are just fine.
It’s over between Steven Tyler and his longtime girlfriend Aimee Preston … TMZ has learned the couple has called it quits on their relationship.
Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell us Steven and Aimee have broken up … though it’s unclear when they separated and what led to the split.
Steven hired Aimee as his personal assistant way back in 2012 … they started dating in 2014 but waited until the 2016 Oscars to go public with their romance, holding hands at Elton John‘s AIDS Foundation Oscars viewing party.
The exes made things work for over a decade despite a 39-year age gap … and Aimee was often by Steven’s side at Hollywood events, premieres, and the like.
But, it would appear the sweet emotions between them have come to an end … and it sounds like they are no longer crazy about each other.
