LAPD’s sitting on a potential goldmine in the D4vd investigation … surveillance videos from the singer’s Hollywood Hills rental home that could reveal whether Celeste Rivas was there prior to her mysterious death.
TMZ has learned cops seized all the footage from multiple security cameras at the house last month while executing a search warrant. The owner of the house, Malden Trifunovic, tells us the external cameras would show anyone who went in or out of the house … so, the footage could help cops track Celeste’s movements leading up to her demise.
Malden says he hasn’t seen any of the footage himself, because he intentionally did not have access to the cameras, to allow his renters privacy — so, he has no idea if Celeste was ever in the house. He says he’s asked LAPD for a copy of the warrant and an itemized list of what was seized from the house, but has not gotten a response.
Malden has hired a private investigator to look into Celeste’s death. He says his P.I. is still very early on in his investigation and has nothing to share yet.

As we’ve reported, people who partied with D4vd told us the singer and Celeste presented as a couple, but everyone thought the 14-year-old was actually 19, and a student at USC.
D4vd’s Tesla — in which Celeste’s reportedly dismembered body was found — was parked on the street a block away from the house when it was towed on Sept. 5 … leading to the grisly discovery of her remains days later.
Nearly 6 weeks later, LAPD has not named a suspect or even persons of interest in the case. We know a major holdup for cops is the L.A. County Medical Examiner’s Office determining Celeste’s cause of death.
Calories don’t take days off, and neither does Ana de Armas … she was snapped with her waist looking snatched while heading to a gym Friday in Los Angeles.
The “Knives Out” star couldn’t have been any cuter … She carried a Louis Vuitton monogram fortune cookie charm and wore a pink crop top with black leggings and New Balance sneakers.
The Oscar-nominated actress is rumored to have split from Tom Cruise earlier this year. If they did break up, her revenge bod game is on fleek!

‘Most Trusted Man in America’ Chopped It Up With Epstein

Walter Cronkite, who was once regarded as “the most trusted man in America” when he was anchoring the evening news on CBS, is pictured with Jeffrey Epstein in new photos released by the feds.
The photos show the legendary newsman — who anchored such historical events as the JFK assassination and moon landing — sitting in a room with Epstein and an unidentified man. Walter is leaning forward in an armchair, talking with Epstein and the other guy, who is seated on a couch.
In between the men is a tray of food and drink and a bunch of magazines spread out across some ottomans.
There is nothing risqué or questionable going on … and no one else is in the photos.
CBS News claims the photos appear to be from 2007, when Walter was 90, a couple years before his death.
If the photo is indeed from 2007, that’s significant … because it was in 2008 when Epstein pleaded guilty to state charges of solicitation of prostitution and of solicitation of prostitution with a minor under the age of 18. Obviously, there is nothing to suggest Cronkite had any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes.
The DOJ released a bunch of Epstein Files documents Friday, and famous faces we’ve seen so far include Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey, Michael Jackson, and Diana Ross.
Bombshells will likely be cropping up for days after a massive dump of Epstein Files began to be released Friday … and now we have some high-profile names never-before associated with the disgraced financier.
In a new pic released by the U.S. Department of Justice … Michael Jackson and Diana Ross are pictured on a plane with Bill Clinton and another person whose face is redacted.
It’s not known whose plane they were on or where they were going.
While Diana and Bill flash smiles, Michael stares blankly with Bill’s hand draped over the King Of Pop’s shoulder.
As you know … Michael Jackson was embattled by accusations of child molestation before he died in 2009.
Previously, we’ve reported on images showing former President Clinton in a hot tub with an unknown female and Jeffrey Epstein cozying up to a young female on a sofa.
TMZ is digging through the thousands of documents released Friday … and the ones we’ve seen so far may just be the tip of the iceberg.
