“Vanderpump Villa” star Marciano Brunette is suing “Secret Lives of Mormon Lives” star Demi Engemann for defamation … he says her sexual assault allegations against him are a bunch of baloney.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Marciano claims Demi is damaging his reputation by falsely calling him a “sexual predator” and accusing him of sexual assault.

He says she’s lying about their interaction last year at the “Vanderpump Villa” in Italy … claiming the kiss they shared off camera was totally consensual, despite how Demi has been portraying things on social media and TV.

In the docs, Marciano says Demi’s story about what went down between them in August 2024 during filming in Italy has shifted over time and he says she’s “reframed the obviously consensual interaction as one of sexual misconduct and then as sexual assault” to give herself a storyline.

Marciano is also suing ‘Mormon Wives’ producer Jeff Jenkins … he says production “aired the allegations in a way designed to maximize impact while cutting Marciano out and denying him any meaningful opportunity to respond.”

He says production had “obvious reasons to doubt Engemann’s account, including inconsistencies, delay, and facts known to Production that undermined the claims” … but says the show “amplified the same accusations for profit.”

In the docs, Marciano includes alleged texts from Demi he says she sent after leaving Italy. He says she stayed in contact with him from months through calls, texts, FaceTime and invited him to visit her in Utah and California.

Marciano claims Demi even shared her location with him and says, “That behavior confirms a continued relationship, not a person reacting to sexual assault.”

In the docs, he says Demi’s false claims have resulted in “lost professional opportunities, harassment by strangers, and lasting harm to Marciano’s reputation.”

Marciano is suing for defamation and going after Demi and the producer for damages … and he wants a “narrowly tailored injunction” that prohibits them from “repeating and republishing all of the statements that are adjudicated by this Court to be defamatory.”

Dillon Danis claims he’s still feeling it after his brawl at UFC 322 … to the point where he won’t be able to attend his deposition in his Nina Agdal case next week.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, the MMA fighter says he is currently in California “seeking medical treatment” for a head injury he sustained at MSG after throwing hands with several members of Islam Makhachev‘s team on Nov. 15.

As a result, the fighter’s lawyer says Danis won’t be around to get grilled by Agdal’s lawyers next Tuesday in New Jersey.

The brawl prompted New York City Mayor Eric Adams to call for an investigation, saying the actions were unacceptable.

It’s another delay in a saga that dates back to 2023, when Agdal served him the lawsuit following his incessant trolling.

The concussion has also forced Danis out of a scheduled bout against Anthony Taylor at Misfits Mania next month … with the company saying, “Dillon pushed for every possible path to remain on the card, but the doctors were not willing to clear him to compete this month.”

Sabrina Carpenter might find herself in a game of Whack-a-Mole with the White House … after she seemingly influenced them to take down a post using her music, the administration has now posted a new video using her image.

The PSA in question was posted Friday on X. In it, the White House wrote, “If you’re a criminal illegal, you WILL be arrested & deported.”

The message accompanied a clip from a “Saturday Night Live” promo Sabrina did with cast member Marcello Hernandez. In the promo, she pretends to arrest the comedian for being too hot — a bit she does with audience members at her live shows. But the WH edited the clip, recording the word “illegal” over Sabrina saying “hot.”

This comes after Sabrina torched the administration earlier this week for using her song “Juno” in an earlier clip of arrests, which she called “evil and disgusting.”

At the time, she warned, “Do not ever involve me or my music to benefit your inhumane agenda.”

In response, Abigail Jackson — a White House spokesperson — told TMZ … “We won’t apologize for deporting dangerous criminal illegal murderers, rapists, and pedophiles from our country. Anyone who would defend these sick monsters must be stupid, or is it slow?”

The WH has given similar treatment to the work of Olivia Rodrigo, who also blasted them for using her music.
