Yolanda Hadid is officially letting go of her dreamy Hadid family farm … listing it for a whopping $10.8M.
You can see from these pics the supermodel-turned-designer’s Pennsylvania estate is a full-on sanctuary of wellness, design, and countryside charm … which she reimagined from the ground up.
Yolanda dubs the property a slice of heaven — and it sure does look it with a main house, three guest cottages, barn and resort-style pool — all decked out under Yolanda’s personal design vision.
The farm oasis in Bucks County also held space for her daughter’s Bella and Gigi to ride horses, train in the jumping arena, and enjoy country life just a stone’s throw from New York as their modelling careers took off.
The 30-acre lavender farm and equestrian estate comes with an 8,000-square-foot stone barn that’s been renovated into an entertainment space and gym. Another barn on the property has been rebuilt as a professional equestrian facility.
It’ll be a bittersweet goodbye for Yolanda once she offloads the property.
Yolanda said in a statement … “Eight years ago, after my divorce and years of battling chronic neurological Lyme disease, I needed to get away from the noise of city life. I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and reconnect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland. When I found the farm, I instantly fell in love … there were no gates at that time so I parked on the main road and walked down the long driveway, the energy was unbelievable. I instantly knew I was home even before I saw the buildings.”
Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass and Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe Real Estate hold the listing.

Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau are taking their globe-trotting romance to social media, where they’ve now gone Instagram official!
The famous singer posted a series of lovey-dovey photos with the former Canadian Prime Minister, showing them as a happy couple during a recent trip to Japan. No real explanation is needed here … just check out the cute pics.
Katy also uploaded a video that captured her and Justin chowing down while staring deeply into each other’s eyes. Another clip showed the couple from behind staring at what appears to be a piece of art depicting outer space.
In the caption, Katy wrote … “Tokyo times on tour and more ( ◠‿◠ ) 🎄🍣🐡🥞💐☃️♥️.”
Katy flew to Japan this week as part of her “Lifetimes” tour, and Justin tagged along … during their visit, they met with former Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and his wife, Yuko, posing for photos together next to a Christmas tree.

As we reported … Katy and Justin sparked dating rumors in July when we published video of them dining at a Montreal restaurant. Days later, Justin popped up at one of Katy’s concerts in Montreal. Then the two were repeatedly spotted in public side by side and holding hands all around Paris.

NASCAR Driver Dead at 39

Former NASCAR driver Michael Annett has reportedly died.
Annett’s death was announced by his former team, JR Motorsports, on Friday. He drove for them between 2017 and 2021, when he retired. NASCAR.com also confirmed the sad news.

It is not clear how he died, but his fellow former NASCAR driver Brad Keselowski said on X he’s “glad he is no longer suffering.”
Annett made his Xfinity Series debut in 2008 and went full-time in 2009, making a total of 321 starts during his celebrated career. His skills awarded him 3 years in the sport’s top racing level — the NASCAR Cup Series, where he drove for Turner Scott Motorsports between 2014 and 2016.
He joined JRM in 2017 and made 158 Xfinity Series starts with them, taking home the W at the series’ season-opening race at Daytona International Speedway in 2019.
He was sidelined for part of the 2021 season due to a stress fracture, which would end up being his last season.
Before becoming a pro stock-car racer, Annett played defense for the Tier I junior ice hockey team Waterloo Black Hawks.
Michael was 39.
