Elaine Merk Binder, who famously played one of the munchkins in “The Wizard of Oz,” is dead.

Elaine died Sunday … according to her daughter, Annette Phillips. The cause of death is unclear.

Most of the actors who played munchkins in the 1939 movie are dead … Elaine had been one of the last few who were still alive.

Elaine tried out for “The Wizard of Oz” way back in 1938 … and she was one of 8 munchkins who dance and sing in the movie.

Elaine’s daughter says he appears in the film during the performance of “Come Out, Come Out” … she’s staged in the second little house up the steps. Just before they go into “Off to See the Wizard,” Elaine can be seen as one of the eight dancers in a pavilion at the rear, wearing a dark green dress and hat.

Elaine turned 8 years old during filming on the MGM lot.

Elaine once recalled … “I tried out for the ‘Wizard of Oz’ Munchkins. For me it was scary. It was my first big call for girls from a major studio.”

She was 94.

Emma Stone and Dave McCary can pop Champagne … they’ve got reason to celebrate, because they just sold their fancy estate in Texas.

Our real estate sources tell us Emma and Dave unloaded their newly restored home in Austin, which they put on the market for $26.5 million.

The couple purchased the home in 2021 and then gave it a facelift … construction was completed this summer, and the place looks super lavish.

There’s a 5-bedroom main house, a 2-bedroom guest house, a garage with a screening room and entertaining space, and a pool.

The location is elite … it’s in Tarrytown — a super fancy enclave in West Austin chock full of prime real estate — and the home is just a half mile from a boat ramp on Lake Austin.

Eric Moreland and Diane Humphreys from Moreland Properties/Forbes Global Properties held the listing. Laura Greissing also of Moreland Properties/Forbes Global Properties represented the buyer.

Just when you thought the Jeffrey Epstein saga couldn’t get any freakier … the House Oversight Committee released a bunch of photos showing the late child sex predator’s favorite toys, including a “Jawbreaker” ball gag, anal beads, and a weird suction cup contraption.

House Democrats released the sex toy pics Friday along with photos of Epstein hanging out with Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Steve Bannon, Woody Allen, Richard Branson, and others. One photo shows Trump and Epstein chatting with a woman … another captures a Trump condom with “I’m HUUUUGE!” written on the packaging.

Three other pictures give a window into Epstein’s spicy sexual proclivities … one shows the terms and conditions for the use of the “Jawbreaker” ball gag, which instructs everyone to always keep an eye on people with the gag in their mouths and never leave them unattended.

The second photo shows a person’s hand fitted with a black latex glove with ribbed tips — and the thumb tip is quite intimidating.

Then there’s the third pic, which really gets into Epstein’s fetishes … there’s an “Extreme Restraints” magazine with a tied up naked woman on the cover. There’s also a heavy black rope, a thick silver chain, handcuffs, pink anal beads, and a “Pussy Pump” box. And let’s not forget the bizarre-looking pump with a suction cup.
