Travis Kelce popped the question to Taylor Swift last week — instantly becoming the engagement of the year — but now fans are wondering if the other big question has been asked yet … yep, we’re talking about a prenup!!!

TMZ spoke exclusively with top divorce attorney Jonathan Levin to get insight into what a prenuptial agreement between one of music’s biggest stars and one of the NFL’s most marketable athletes would actually look like … and he says he doesn’t see a world where those papers go unsigned.
Attorney Levin (no relation to Harvey Levin) tells us … for people like Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, there’s a number of things they’re going to want to cover — a big one being the privacy factor.
According to him, their privacy is definitely going to be the most important consideration — since the process of divorce goes through a very public setting — and keeping it under wraps is something the busy couple would want to do.
Levin says the famed couple will probably select a private judge, a retired judge, or a binding mediation – any of which would certainly be a more private choice – especially if there are financial filings … saying “we’re talking about a lot of money here.”
In this lawyer’s experience, he personally doesn’t see a reality where they don’t draw up a prenup … especially with such high-profile celebrities, and especially when you have such high-end sponsorships and endorsements.
Also worth noting … if kids ever come into the picture, the last thing either of them would want is to deal with custody or parenting issues in a public courtroom.

Levin reveals the typical formula from what he’s seen in higher-end celeb prenups … they keep everything separate and clarify separate property, so it’s cleaner if they have to “dissolve the marriage” … the Swifties’ worst nightmare.

Check out the entertainment mogul’s latest IG post … she’s striking poses in a skin-tight halter top that’s barely keeping her voluptuous chest contained. She paired the tight leather top with a black trench coat … helping her stay warm in the cool winter air.
Kim’s not the only one in the spotlight on her IG as of late — just a few days back, she shared a handful of pics with her youngest daughter, Chicago, to celebrate her 8th birthday. As you know, she’s also mom to 12-year-old North, plus sons Saint, 10, and Psalm, 6.

North has also had the public eye on her lately … particularly earlier this month when she popped up on TikTok with a black grill and fake nose piercing. She had fans further excited when she seemingly made her Instagram debut … but the page has since been deactivated.

This is certainly what dreams are made of — Hilary Duff performed her iconic song for the first time ever during her first time back on stage in 18 years … along with a number of her throwback hits!
The singer and actress kicked off her Small Rooms, Big Nerves Tour in London Monday night and had fans in their feels as she sang a slew of her early 2000s bops, including “Come Clean,” “Fly” and even her ballad “Someone’s Watching Over Me.”

She also debuted “My Kind” from her 2015 album “Breathe In. Breathe Out” and a handful of tracks from her upcoming album, “Luck… or Something.” She closed out the show with the fan-fave “What Dreams Are Made Of” … which she previously hinted would be on her setlist.
Fans were thrilled about the varied list of tracks and took to social media to celebrate Hilary’s return to the stage. As you know, the “Lizzie McGuire” alum released her first single in nearly a decade, “Mature,” in November 2025 … and announced her upcoming album shortly after. She dropped “Roommates” — a steamy song about fighting for the fiery beginnings of a relationship — last week.
Hilary debuted 3 tracks from her upcoming album on stage last night — “Weather for Tennis,” “Future Trippin’” and “We Don’t Talk” … the latter of which is rumored to be about her sister, Haylie. The pair grew up in the spotlight together, but haven’t been seen together in years.
Hilary heads to Canada next to bring her Small Rooms, Big Nerves Tour to Toronto before hitting the States for more concerts in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, where she is scheduled for a 6-show residency.
