‘Never Been A Fraud Or Did Fraud S***!!!’

Marcus Morris is opening up on his arrest and the allegations he stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from two Las Vegas casinos … and he’s adamant the whole ordeal is just one big misunderstanding.
The NBA player took to his Instagram page on Wednesday morning to share his side of the story for the first time since he was thrown behind bars in Florida on Sunday … and in a lengthy post, he explained the drama all stemmed from when he recently took “out a marker to gamble” in Vegas.
Morris, who said he’s been spending big cash in Sin City for over a decade, admitted to taking the dough from the casinos … but thought he had more leeway when it came time to pay it back.
“Did i go past the time I needed to repay,” he wrote, “yea probably did.”
“Did I know they would locked me up,” he added, “helllllllll no.”
Morris went on to say he’s now paid off all of his debts … before insisting he’s no criminal.
“We could’ve handled this MOB style in the back room at the casinos lol,” he wrote. “But seriously though never been a FRAUD or participated in no fraud s***.”
Morris was arrested in Broward County after authorities in Nevada alleged he wrote $260,000 worth of bad checks to the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino and the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel and Casino in 2024.
He was held behind bars until Tuesday over the allegations … which he said was a terrible experience.

“24 hour Lockdown no food or water for the whole 51 hours,” he said. “That’s the part that hurt me the most.”
But Morris indicated everything’s now settled … and he and his twin brother, Markieff, will further address the matter later Wednesday.

Reunites With Both Jennifer Exes at Son’s Play

Ben Affleck‘s a “Daredevil” … walking a tightrope by interacting with both his famous ex-wives at his son Samuel‘s play.
The actor was spotted in Los Angeles Friday night … walking with his son and Jennifer Garner in the parking lot … while seemingly leaning in to listen to his kiddo. JG seems deep in thought here while walking on her son’s other side.
Closer to the playhouse where Samuel took the stage, Jennifer Lopez could be seen chatting animatedly with other parents and kids … though it doesn’t appear Ben went over to her at any point.
In fact, the two could be seen in one shot talking to very separate groups of people — Ben’s back to J-Lo’s convo — possibly to avoid any sort of awkward interaction.
Samuel did stop to talk to Lopez, though … after all, she still has a great relationship with Ben’s kids even though Bennifer’s officially through.
As you know … Affleck and Lopez finalized their divorce earlier this year … and, while he’s regularly seen out with his first ex-wife Garner, we haven’t seen him spending any significant time with Lopez.
Their children have remained friends — so interactions between the Affleck and Lopez kids are common — the parents just aren’t at a “friendly lunch or coffee” stage in their relationship.
Anyhoo … all the world’s a stage … and at least these two can play nice for the kids’ sake!

Kimora Lee Simmons Promised I’d Never See My Kids Again If I Sue Her!!!

Russell Simmons claims his ex-wife won’t let him see his kids … alleging she’s using them as leverage to keep him from taking legal action against her.
Here’s the deal … Kimora Lee Simmons spoke to People last week about her exes … admitting she doesn’t have a relationship with Simmons, actor Djimon Hounsou, or investment banker and convicted felon, Tim Leissner.
KLS told the outlet, “Usually I would say that I co-parent okay, but the kids are with me full-time. I’m pretty much the primary parent. It’s difficult, but I don’t know sometimes what other people are thinking. Guys are weird.”
Well, Russell clearly feels Kimora’s not giving the full story on their relationship … because he took to Instagram to vent his frustration … first by mentioning he gave her $50k a month for 20 years and calling himself her best and only friend.
He then writes, “I’m the godfather to your 3 other kids, until one day you stole my stock. I have been fighting for my kids love and my bread ever since. You threatened that if I sued you, I would never speak to my kids ever again. There are two sides to every story.”
Worth noting … Russell and Kimora’s kids don’t seem like they’re much interested in a relationship with the music star — because on Father’s Day 2023, Aoki and Ming both roasted him for never being around, and Aoki even shared tense texts she exchanged with Russell.
We’ve reached out to Kimora … so far, no word back.
