Elon Musk Dismisses Drug Use Story in NYT … Accuses Pulitzer Prize Winner of False Reporting

2:52 PM PT — A spokesperson for The New York Times tells TMZ … “Elon Musk’s statements today were inaccurate. Donald J. Trump’s lawsuit in Florida is against the Pulitzer Prize board, not The New York Times. The decision solely related to whether the case be temporarily suspended. It did not address the merits of the president’s claims.”
“We understand the Pulitzer board will continue to defend its decision and we expect the case will show the quality of the reporting in The Times coverage. The Times has never received a request for a correction or been sued over the facts in our reporting. We’d also note that Musk didn’t deny any of the reporting we published this morning.”
Elon Musk is scoffing at the New York Times report accusing him of abusing drugs … claiming the Times isn’t a reputable news source anyway — so, don’t read a dang thing they publish.
The Tesla owner was in the Oval Office Friday at a farewell press conference as he steps down from his role leading the Department of Governmental Efficiency and prepares to leave D.C.
The first question of the press conference was directed at Musk — and it was all about a report in the NYT claiming Elon has consumed a copious amount of drugs over the past couple years.
In the article, the Times claims Elon told people he was “taking so much ketamine, a powerful anesthetic, that it was affecting his bladder.” Sources also told the outlet he allegedly traveled with a “daily medication box that held about 20 pills, including ones with the markings of the stimulant Adderall.” Ecstasy and psychedelic mushrooms are also mentioned.
When asked for his reaction to the news in the White House, Elon roasted the Times — calling them out for blowing up “Russiagate” and winning a Pulitzer Prize for reporting on it.
Remember … “Russiagate” is what Donald Trump and other Republicans call the investigation into his alleged ties to the Russian government and whether alleged cooperation helped him win the 2016 presidential election. The Times and the Washington Post share a Pulitzer Prize on their reporting on the story.
While a special counsel investigation led by former FBI Director Robert Mueller did find the Russian government interfered in the election, any conspiracy or collusion was not proven.
All of this — at least according to Musk — means the Times screwed up their reporting … and, he taunts them here, saying they may have to give their Pulitzer back. Trump has filed a pending defamation lawsuit against the Pulitzer Prize Board.
As we told you … Musk is stepping away from DOGE because his scheduled time with the government is coming to an end. He added, “The @DOGE mission will only strengthen over time as it becomes a way of life throughout the government.”

Musk didn’t miss his send-off despite probably being in some pain — ’cause he’s sporting a black eye here. Watch the clip to hear what he says happened.
Meghan Markle’s Dad Loses Foot, Part of Leg During Amputation …Still Not in the Clear
Published
Meghan Markle‘s father had part of his left leg amputated after being rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery this week in the Philippines.
Thomas Markle Sr. lost his left foot and lower leg during a 3-hour operation Wednesday, his son, Thomas Markle Jr., told the Daily Mail Friday. He was rushed into surgery after a blood clot cut off circulation in his left leg and it turned black, DM was told.
Thomas Jr. detailed the seriousness of the situation, saying … “There was no option. I was told the leg had to be removed and it was a case of life or death.”
He added … “One of his doctors said the next two or three days are critical. … They were worried about infection setting in — sepsis or gangrene. The flesh was black and dying.”
Thomas Sr. is now prepared to have another surgery to remove a blood clot in his left thigh, his son said.
Thomas Jr. — who is his father’s primary caregiver — revealed his dad’s emergency surgery to the Daily Mail Tuesday, but did not disclose what happened. He said he took his dad to a hospital in their adopted hometown of Cebu in the Philippines, and he was then rushed to a larger hospital to go under the knife.
Thomas Sr. reportedly moved to the Asian country to start a new life … away from reminders of his fractured relationship with Meghan.

Suspected Killer Brian Walshe Watched Cheating Wife Porn To Plot ‘Narcissistic’ Revenge … Dr. Phil Says
Published
Brian Walshe — the Massachusetts man on trial for allegedly murdering his wife Ana — is a narcissistic sociopath who reveled in watching cheating wife porn after he suspected his spouse of stepping out on him … according to Dr. Phil.
TMZ.com
TMZ caught up with the famous doc amid Walshe’s murder trial … and Phil walked us through Walshe’s penchant for browsing Pornhub looking for smut films depicting a cheating spouse, which Walshe suspected Ana of being before she disappeared in 2023.
Walshe has pleaded guilty to disposing of Ana’s body and misleading police … her remains have never been found. Prosecutors charged Walshe with Ana’s murder despite his denials he killed her.
Today, on day four of Walshe’s criminal trial, William Fastow testified he was having an extramarital affair with Ana before she vanished … Dr. Phil says someone like Walshe uses his laptop to search for XXX-rated movies to reinforce his “victim” status and plot his revenge.
Dr. Phil explains narcissists like Walshe can only see their point of view and can’t handle rejection, “so they need to wipe everything off the board.” Phil also says Walshe wouldn’t sleep with another woman to get back at Ana. Instead, Phil says, Walshe would be of the mindset … “If you don’t want me, you’re not going to have anybody.”
