Kevin O’Leary is going for the jugular … he wants President Trump to hammer China with massive tariffs and force Chinese President Xi Jinping to the bargaining table.

The “Shark Tank” star joined us on “TMZ Live” Wednesday and told us why slapping tariffs on China is not about bringing manufacturing back to the United States, but more about forcing a trade deal and getting China to finally play by the rules.

Kevin says China’s been lying, cheating and stealing when it comes to technology and trade for years now … and he wants Trump to hit them where it hurts — with a 400% tariff.

Brooke Hogan has officially shut the door on Orlando living … selling off her place and turning her focus to building her dream family home on a whole new spread, on the Florida coastline, TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell TMZ Brooke offloaded her 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Orlando pad at the end of ’24 for just over $1 mil — a spot she and now-hubby Steven Oleksy scooped up back in 2022 to finally live under one roof after doing the long distance thing — with him in Michigan, and her in Nashville, Tennessee.

At the time, kids weren’t on their radar — but plans changed fast. Brooke’s since welcomed twins, and now she’s all about giving them a childhood by the water, just like hers was.

We’re told they just sealed the deal last week on the neighboring lot too — which they’re planning to use for visiting friends and fam, or maybe even rent out.

Brooke’s clearly pumped about the massive reno project — she’s been giving fans a peek of the major construction zone vibes on her IG Stories … and as you can see, it’s all exposed bricks, wood, and debris RN.

Bryan Kohberger‘s autism diagnosis may come up at his murder trial, but the state won’t argue it elevated his alleged crimes to an even more severe level … because a judge just ruled they can’t.

Kohberger appeared in court Wednesday, and the conversation turned to his recent diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder … which the judge made clear should not be used by the state of Idaho during the sentencing phase — if he’s found guilty — as an “aggravating factor.” BK’s attorney argued the diagnosis should keep him from being sentenced to death.

An “aggravating factor” is a factor in the case which makes the crime even more heinous … such as premeditation, committing the act in front of a child, or showing a lack of remorse, for example. So the judge is basically granting the defense’s request.

However, Judge Hippler made it clear that’s all he’s stopping the prosecution from doing for now … and, other arguments regarding Kohberger’s autism spectrum disorder will be handled individually.

As you know … Kohberger is going to stand trial for allegedly killing four University of Idaho students back in November 2022. He was arrested about a month later in Pennsylvania.

Bryan was diagnosed with ASD in February … which his team argues should stop him from getting the death penalty.
