Andrew Tate‘s attorney is downplaying the alleged injuries Tate’s girlfriend says she suffered at his hands … comparing her post-concussion symptoms to a kid complaining to a nurse about a tummy ache.
Tate’s attorney, Joseph McBride, tells TMZ … Bri Stern‘s “post-concussion syndrome” diagnosis from a doctor’s visit amounts to a kid going into the nurse’s office at school and saying their stomach hurts.

McBride notes the diagnosis was not based on blood tests and says it’s an “all-inclusive umbrella diagnosis which is very subjective.”
Bri’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, fired back, telling TMZ, “That’s the type of ignorant stupidity I would expect would spew from his idiotic mouth. I’m not in the business of responding to fools.”
Bri says she went to the doc a few days after Andrew allegedly attacked her during sex … she says he choked her with one hand and beat her face with the other.
Tate’s lawyer says the doctor just diagnosed Bri based on the symptoms she claimed to be suffering from … and he says it’s similar to a kid who keeps telling a nurse their tummy hurts and wants to go home from school, and the nurse abides.
Bri accused Andrew of sexual assault in a police report and a lawsuit … but he’s vehemently denied the claims.
Andrew’s lawyer is doubling down here … saying Tate isn’t dumb enough to rough up a girlfriend after some serious legal issues over in Romania.
Bri included alleged texts from Andrew in her lawsuit … she claims he threatened her with violence and told her he would kill her if she ever crossed him … but Tate’s lawyer says the conversation is “doctored” and “manipulated.”
Bottom line from Andrew’s lawyer … Tate did nothing wrong and they’re gathering witnesses and information to prove his innocence.

Judge Rules NO Probation Violation

Young Thug is not going back to jail … the judge says his repost revealing the identity of a cop testifying in a murder trial did not violate his probation.
Judge Whitaker said Thug’s social media post on Tuesday — reposting a blogger’s photo of the police investigator on the stand, and adding the caption, “biggest liar in the DA office” … was not wise, but not enough for him to get locked up again.
The judge said “having reviewed the terms and conditions of Defendant’s probation imposed by this Court, the Court declines to revoke Defendant’s probation based on the violation asserted.”
She did add a slight verbal warning to Thug, saying “It may be prudent for Defendant to exercise restraint regarding certain topics.”
As we reported, Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis asked the judge to revoke Thug’s probation after his post prompted a wave of threats on social media … against the cop who testified and D.A. Willis.
Remember, Young Thug’s been out of jail since late last October when he copped a plea deal in the YSL RICO case — getting released on 15 years’ probation — but could’ve been tossed back behind bars if the judge agreed with Willis.
Bullet dodged.

There’s been a ton of controversial imagery and posts surrounding the new album rollout — and it looks like the pic of the Klan couple will be the final “WW3” cover art.
Ak says even if you don’t agree with Ye’s politics, he’s witnessed coherency on and off camera that makes him challenge the claims that Ye’s clinically crazy.
Especially on the music front … Ak says he’s heard chunks of the “WW3” album and Ye was tinkering with the tempo of his plea to estranged wife Bianca Censori, so it’s unclear what the final version will sound like.
But we’ll know within 24-36 hours when Ye puts the album out.
